My family and I have had two incredible experiences at Pizza Rev, both times Kenny has been the associate to take our orders and help us. We are a family of SEVEN, and can be a handful to take care of. Kenny offered great customer service; polite, respectful and got us taken care of! I am definitely sold on Pizza Rev!

Absolutely love this place. This place no matter who works there always help me make the best pizza for me. You would think a place that literally customizes your order right in front of you can't go wrong. Well you're right that's almost impossible. Well with that some of the other places are just stinky with the ingredients or just get annoyed. Not this place. They work with you have patience and for the most part are generous with the toppings. Thank you.

Saw they had a Tuesday special for $7.99 ; so met a friend here for dinner. Didn't realize when we got there that you had to download the app to get it for that price. Wasn't happening for some reason no service inside to try to download the app, so had to pay full price. Whatever I guess - we were pretty hungry , so we ordered our pizzas; my friend got a margherita pizza with added pepperoni and pineapples; I got a bbq chicken pizza and added mushrooms. The workers weren't too friendly or talkative; just basically doing their job and making ur pizza. Kind of seemed like they didn't really want to be there. The breadsticks in the picture looked so good; so put in a four piece order of those as well. The breadsticks were a disappointment; didn't look anything like the picture. In the picture they looked twisted but what we received was just like rolled in a line pizza dough. Didn't even finish these ; they were very dry ... and not what we expected at all. I don't think I would bother trying them again. The pizzas were good ; however and we devoured both of them.

Go to blaze pizza instead I got food poisoning from eating their pizza and I have gotten sick from their pizza before. Go to any place where you can assure you won't get sick

It’s just ok. Pizza sizes are too small, the crust is terrible, the person preparing the pizza has no idea how to spread toppings around just piles it all up in the middle. At the end it comes out ok, edible but not exciting.

I have gone a couple of times in the last couple of weeks and each time is disappointing as the last. The service is ridiculous. You can be the only one in the line and it still takes almost thirty minutes. The last time I came one of the girls had her ear bud in and didn't even look up when she asked you questions. It was so rude. Then we tried to come again today and after waiting for 15 minutes outside the door a worker came out saying they would not be open until 12 because of Labor Day. I asked where is the signage to tell your customers she just shrugged and walked in again and picked the door.

Sorry PizzaRev, I used to love you but quality has really gone down. On our visit they no longer had several staple toppings that were previously offered. They didn't even have oregano. What pizza place has no oregano? I picked the ham off my pizza because it tasted slightly off. Sorry, will be going to Blaze from now on.

Good pizza, but soda machine was out of nearly everything - no sugar-free options despite having to pre-pay for it. When I asked about it, no offer to change the cartridges/correct the issue. Asked for my money back on the drink. Parmesan, chili flakes, oregano and hot sauces no longer sit out. When I asked why, the maskless employee said, "Because people's hands are dirty," implying concerns about Covid. Then why not have an automatic door opener at the entrance and for the bathrooms? Everyone has to touch those. Why have a touchscreen soda dispenser? You're more likely to catch Covid through the air than on the surface of a shaker. Yet no one was wearing a mask. I would have respected it more if they had just said, "We're trying to cut costs.". You can't hide behind Covid forever and with rising costs everywhere, people are going to take note of added value when competition catches up.
The pizza was bland and all the toppings looked old. I ordered a drink and they were out of lids and out of 70 percent of the flavors. There was water coming from the ceiling and they had buckets to catch the water. I usually don't complain but after 14 bucks waisted I just had to warn somebody else. If your looking for great pizza try Blaze Pizza.

Do not go here! Terrible service. Ordered pizzas that were suppose to be ready at 8:30 and they weren’t ready until 9:16. They never answer their phone. Pizzas are wildly inconsistent. I’ve had multiple issues with this location. Won’t be coming back

Pizza Rev used to be a staple of mine a few years ago, but the past year it has gone downhill fast. Every time I try to use the app, it never works. I order online and every time I go in to grab it, I am never greeted with a friendly greeting. The workers are very rude and not given training on how to communicate with customers. Most of the time I show up, it is after my " pick up " time and the pizza is usually not even made/ in the oven. Several times I have been given the wrong order or my pizza has been burnt. I typically don't write reviews but tonight was my last straw... after last week of ordering online, showing up to the restaurant and seeing they closed early and did not notify anyone... I ordered tonight at 8:05 for an 8:30 pickup. I show up at 8:35, was told it would be 10 minutes. I left with my pizzas at 9:17pm. Longest wait time for my pizza and no apologies for the delay. Never coming back.

This place deserves all the stars! Always super friendly customer service, the pizza is delicious, and they even have potato wedges that are super bomb. On top of that, it's affordable, has beer, and a nice atmosphere. It is my favorite personal pizza place in Bakersfield. Don't let the other stars detour you, I'm actually shocked to see them not at a higher rating. Don't forget to try the calzone, you won't be unhappy.
