Okay so the food was great! Everything we ordered was delicious. However the wait was excessive, especially since we called it in for pick up, and the time waiting for the food was awful. There were little kids (not customers kids) running around making a ton of noise and watching stuff on a tablet volume on high. The lady cooking in the back look very busy-too busy and there was a guy in the back yelling at her the whole time she cooked. I felt so bad for the lady cooking. We showed up when it was time to get the food and ended up waiting another 35 minutes. I'm tempted to give it 1 star for the guy yelling at the cook for 35 minutes (instead of helping her) and presumably their running in circles in the dining area, but the food was good. If it weren't for the wait, and the terrible ambiance I would give it 4-5 stars.

Not real combos with no drink. Food looked like it had been there too long. No flavor on noodles. Lady had a mess inside trying to stock a candy machine. Wish they would've taken that time for food!!

Service is very negative!!! Make sure you call in and repeat your order to the lady answering phones because she will NOT make any changes to your order if you receive the incorrect items and/or are not happy with your order. She will raise her voice and yell at you! Their "free" items on their website are only honored if you pay cash. The website allows you to add the "free" items to your cart and pay electronically, but the lady at the front will say that it only counts if you pay cash. So this is FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!! Horrible customer service!

Awesome hidden spot ! Great Chinese food if you want take out. Food is delicious and is better than most restaurants here in Bakersfield. Service is excellent and fast.

Order about $100 of different items and had them delivered. A man and his small son came with the food in no time. The food was really good. This was our first experience with this (what I can only assume to be) family restaurant and will absolutely be ordering from them again in the future.

Hard to find in a corner of the shopping center but a good stop. I had my usual hot and sour soup a for lunch with a couple of egg rolls. Had soup leftover for dinner. Anyway great food and nice people; support your local family owned restaurants. $8.95 lunch specials too!!

OMG ? I don't know how this place isn't packed. The food is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING ?? the prices are great too. The lunch prices are cheaper than a McDonald's happy meal. How could you not come here for lunch. The portions are HUGE ? GREAT jobs

As someone from New York, and travelled to many states for work.Quick One has the best Chinese Cuisine in all of Bakersfield and rivals the Chinese Cuisine in the east coast. ITS SOOO GOOOD!!!

I ordered for the first time today from quick one and I could not be more pleased! It was delivered quickly piping hot. Everything I ordered was so fresh and tasted amazing. I can't wait to try more things off of their menu. Very authentic and delicious. Also the prices were very reasonable and the portions were large. I can't wait to tell all of my friends about this spot in Bakersfield

Bakersfield has a poor, although abundant, selection of Chinese food... Even the places is downtown that "everybody" loves are mediocre at best. Same thing with the Thai restaurants, most fall WAY short of the selection down the hill. That being said... Quick One is superior. The food is fresh, made to order and has yet to disappoint (this is our 7th time). Order any noodle dish or soup and u will be impressed. The honey walnut chicken, cream cheese wantons, potstickers, crab ragoons are also tasty. Family owned and operated. We will highly recommend...don't miss out!
