Very dirty..too damn dirty!!

Food was good, the wedges had little to no breading for some reason this time but my biggest problem was after their coin games ate our money and the workers basically told us there was nothing they could do and no way they could help, not even offer a refund. So poor service, I wish they pit in effort.

Roxanne was the best. Place was really busy so service was a little slow. Place could use more waiters to keep up cleaning an d games could be better maintained un or updated.

The food is good it's pizza and mojos so you can't really go wrong. It was fresh out the oven so that's always a plus. But the food is made out in the open and NONE of the workers who gloves. When making a pizza all toppings and the dough was touched by the preparers HANDS. The cashier was making a salad with no gloves on then came to take my money then I seated myself so I'm not sure if she washed her hands after our transaction. I asked for ranch AFTER I PAID to eat with my pizza and they said they change.89 cent ...almost a $1.00 for a small CONTAINER so I passed on it. The service was decent. Just a short wait because the cashier was preparing a salad with NO GLOVES ON. They bring the pizza out to you. The server said if the manager wasn't there he would've gave me the ranch but with the manager being there and allowing them to work with no gloves on should be noted as poor management. The ambiance is out dated pizza parlor style but everything looked clean and surprisingly there was several people there on their lunch break; like myself. If your a germaphobic I won't recommend if you don't mind strangers preparing your food with no mask or hair net or gloves then eat at your own risk but at least your pizza will be hot out the oven.

This is a great place to grab a quick bite or dinner for the family. The atmosphere is great and the staff are wonderful. Highly recommend.Parking: They offer a huge parking lot with plenty of available spaces to park for free.Kid-friendliness: They have games to play while waiting on your food. They also have big screen televisions to keep the adults entertained. You can also book one of their spaces to celebrate a special event or occasion.

Called ahead and they even called me back to confirm and it was 25 min wait so I got there a lil late cause it Saturday to give them more time as I got there they had no idea about my pick up order and then even said they check the phone log records and I proceed to show them my phone logs and she confirmed that was there phone number . So basically she told the manager and the manager wouldn’t even acknowledge us just kept sending the girl helping us back to us and in the end she said I was out of luck . Then for the best part….. she ask if I would like to place an order now. Moral of story never going there again .

Had my sons birthday party there on the 4th of July. I called the week prior to reserve tables but they couldn't take any reservations on a holiday instead I was told that they didn't expect it to be too busy and if I came early I could save some tables. So that's what we did. I got there early and the rooms both said reserved. I went in anyway and an employee asked if I made a reservation for the room. I told her no that I was told that we couldn't make any reservations on a holiday but that we were expecting around 40+ people. She said ok and allowed us to use the large room. We had 2 tablecloths and a decorative centerpiece for his cake table. The manager came in and told us we couldn't decorate anything because we didn't make a reservation. I explained to her that we tried to make a reservation but were told we couldn't due to the holiday. There was no one else in the entire restaurant. Literally no one. It was my son's birthday, the decorations were 4th of July themed and it was the 4th of July. There were no balloons or party bags just a cake table setup of 2 tablecloths and a decorative piñata for the table. She just said sorry you can't have it in here so she made us put all of it in our car. It was very petty and I wanted to leave and take our business elsewhere but my son wanted Rustys so we stayed. The manager was rude to some of my party guests, I was told she was ignoring them at the register and walking away without a word after they said thank you at the end of the transaction. Even after being pretty much the only customers they had inside the restaurant the entire time they never spoke to us. It was as if we were inconveniencing them by being there. This new "team" of employees has very poor customer service. After 17 years of birthday parties at this location I will not be giving this place any more of our business.
