Great food and fast service! Large portions on the Monterey Chicken Club and the Turkey Bacon Melt! Also great strawberry cheesecake. Hope to try the snickerdoodle and fudge brownie next time.

Usually love this place, I get the Roasted turkey no every time i go and this time they gave me the complete wrong sandwich and I didn't think to check before i left kinda disappointed otherwise nice staff good food just wish i got the sandwich i ordered.

Here's to $20 of disappointment. Boo! Lunchtime Saturday. Ordered the Waldorf sandwich, no tomatoes, potato salad and fountain soda. Just a bit under $20. The only thing fresh was the Pepsi which was fine, tho one ice machine broken. Croissant bread stale and torn on top. Worse the chicken salad was not fresh. How do I know? Because the apples are mushy, salad has brownish look to it. The sandwich overall is dry. The potato salad is also not fresh. It's more of a dill type salad, not sweet relish. Even knowing that, it tastes old and veggies in salad and Sammy are not crunchy. The walnuts are not even crunch. Too much pepper in the Waldorf salad. Some tables were dirty tho they seemed to have sufficient staff. Trash cans also dirty. Clerk who helped was nice enough, so that earns the single star. I don't mind paying up for food when it's fresh, but this was a big fail.

This is the first time I've ever had a bad experience at Sequoia. This is my husband's $13+ turkey dip the second time they brought it out. The first one had less. We've ordered this multiple times over the years and this has always been a good sandwich. I took the first one up and started by saying, "I hate to complain but". The supervisor, Madison just snatched it and took it to the back. Then about 5 minutes later, comes and slams it down in front of my husband and walks off without saying a word. I would've skipped the review and just never ordered this again, but her rude attitude for no reason was uncalled for. We've been customers for at least 15 years, I just stopped in for desserts and soup to go 2 nights ago. We won't be back.

I have always been a huge fan of this company until my last visit. I ordered a French Dip, which I have had numerous times over the years. I was very disappointed in the portion considering the sandwich was just shy of $15 with no included drink or side. I returned it for a refund. My boyfriend's sandwich was pretty decent, although made wrong. Moving forward I think I would rather go to a different shop where the portion is much more satisfactory to the prices.
The sandwiches and desserts are the BOMB!!! Service was fast and friendly. Love this place.

If you are looking for a good sandwich, this is the place to go. They are very consistent and there are plenty of options to choose from. There downfall is timing. I understand a rush hour, but post lunch time with no one in line. You would imagine quicker service. If you would like to still enjoy a delicious sandwich, then I recommend ordering online. This way you aren't stuck waiting getting hangrier by the second.

I hadn’t visited this location before and wanted to treat someone to lunch. We were impressed with the options on the menu and ultimately were delighted with the options we chose. The staff were very patient and took their time answering our questions and circling back to make sure we were happy with our experience. I’m not sure what the background of this business is, but I tend to feel like I’m supporting a local business when I buy their products at other locations like cakes at gas stations.Wheelchair accessibility: I spotted one booth that is modified to allow a wheelchair user to wheel their chair up to the table.
