What’s the point of order ahead if they only make the drink when you show up. Makes me late to work, has me standing in the cold and the staff are hiding in the back. This was my second time calling customer service. I guess the owner won’t address the issue. I’d order everyday if this wasn’t happening. One car in the window and no one else in sight. So I don’t see this being a “busy” isssue.

This location one of the worst. Everything slow moving here. You have to check on your drinks if you order from the walk up. Parking get blocked in. It's just a mess. But it's starbucks give us the coffee so we can leave is how it feels.

Bad additude first of all a girl with short hair curly hair! Omg girl work on your customer service she gave me the wrong order and still says sweetie you're wrong . I keep asking her questions about the drink and she got upset . Mind you I don't really go so patience is key ! Work on it . The drink sucked by the way .. never again will I go to this Starbucks

it was possibly the worst experience I've had at a Starbucks. First I had to get out of my car and practically scream into the speaker for them to understand me and then they forgot my order at the window. I get the computer system was down but it took me 30 minutes in a line that was practically empty.

I had a great experience here in Arvin's Starbucks ?. The drinks were amazing , but the Caramel Fraps tasted a lot like strong coffee. I get employees are new. They will develop ???. Don't give up!

I placed an order online for pick up in person and I wasn’t able to because the window was completely closed. What is the purpose of ordering ahead if I’m going to have to do the long wait in the drive thru. Absolutely such a hassle, remove the option to order ahead if that’s the case. I waited in line for over 15 minutes and the line was not that long. When I got my order it was wrong, drink was not good and my sandwich was cold.
