I had my drink messed up about 3 to 4 times coming to this location and I was looking to find a way to get the drink made the right way instead of getting 50% ice all the time and we figured out a drink mainly from the Supervisor Juan! He was extremely perfect with the interaction and finding out an accommodation drink and I appreciate him so much, great service!!! I would love to come back and spend my money here again ?

Can't complete basic tasks, got my drink order wrong after having to correct her twice. When I corrected her, she repeated back my correction so I assumed that would make my order be fixed?? But no I still got the original drink that she misunderstood, that I paid for, because of her laziness... wild.

Worst Starbucks customer service do your self a favor and just go up the street to the other two locations there weird Karen window cashier that wears a mask till this day tries to say I can't smoke in my own car which is my own private car and wouldn't take my order ruined my lunch break. I'll soon be reporting her to corporate for slamming the window shut in my face
Terrible! Placed mobile order, when arrived, barista said she was heating my wrap. When it was ready, she took it out and walked past me outside. I asked what happened and she said we are busy and even though you ordered 20 minutes ago, drive thru gets food first!!

I just wish they'd keep the pistachio lattes and pistachio Frappuccinos all year round.Parking: When it's busy and the drive thru line is long the parking lot can be a nightmare.
