We tried this place tonight based on decent reviews, and we hadn't tried them before (and they are in our area). Prices were typical for premium pizza (similar to Rustys). The pizza was very dry and ok flavor ( We tried the pepperoni and a chicken garlic). Both were just ok. We tried the potato wedges as well but they were unpleasantly undercooked and lacking in flavor. The ranch was good but the potatoes were so bad it didn't really matter. We tried the buffalo wings as well. We enjoyed the texture of the wings but they were lacking in both sauce and flavor. This place seems to have settled with providing a mediocre product to non-discriminating customers. All in all we give this place a generous two stars and will not be back again. Not recommended.

One of my favorite pizza joints in all of Bakersfield. Their pizza is made well with some of the best ingredients. The sauce and crust are my favorite. They definitely get it right here. I usually also get a side order of buffalo wings with my pizza.

We ordered delivery from here for the first time and we were really surprised how good it is. The crust is great cooked just right and the toppings were loaded. We ordered a small with no cheese for our son, he's serious about his pizza, no complaints he ate to the very edge of the crust. So many wedges came with the order and the cups of ranch were huge.

Probably a place you would overlook (because of the location) but you really shouldn't! My favorite pizza in Bakersfield and their ranch is so good too! They have pool tables to use while you wait and their prices are fair!

For reasons unbeknownst to me, my husband and I just now discovered Steve's pizza! We have had it a few times since said discovery, and every time it has been consistently good. Not just good actually, great! Delicious! We have picked it up and had it delivered, both took hardy no time at all. They always have great specials too. The crust is a good consistency and is nice and chewy. The pepperonis are no doubt our favorite part, they are huge! I've wanted to write this review for a while but I could never remember to take a picture of the pizza before we destroyed it.

Tony's pizza has always been my go to place for great pizza, but to be honest the quality has really been slipping in the last year or so. That being said, a friend of mine told me to try Steve's pizza. All the years I've been in Bakersfield and I've never tried it, turns out that I was missing out! I bought the combination and it was excellent! I would have given 5 stars but the wings I bought were not fabulous. So, if you have not tried Steve's pizza I highly recommend that you do so. It was piping hot and had really good crust. Be careful not to end up across the street at that other pizza place, we know the one I'm talking about, where the box taste better than the pizza:)
Really good pizza , friendly service. We got our pizza to go so the potato wedges soggy and bland but the pizza was great .

For the second time I have woke up 3am after eating at Steve’s with the worst upset stomach! Vomiting diareah all bad. Never again. I have a feeling they have food expectation or storage issues.

One of my favorite pizza restaurant here in the NW! I've ordered from here about 5x and never any issues just really good food! The price is right and delivery is under 30 min! The owner takes pride in his business and it's doing very well! I am a firm believer in honesty and the staff is that! We tipped when we ordered and forgot about so we tipped again when our food arrived. A few seconds later the delivery guy knocked on the door and said "you double tipped me?" We said no worries we so appreciate your honesty!
