Staff is fine, but I don't like how you've covered the meat from customer's eyes. Also paying $7.20 for a 6" cold cut is ridiculous. Subway used to be an affordable option and these sandwiches were under $4. Unfortunately won't be back.

First off the older lady working was not friendly whatsoever. Signs were everywhere that say freshly sliced...deli meats look the same as before and their slicer looks brand new and never used....seems like a gimmick to me. Got two tuna wraps that were the size of a bean burrito at Taco Bell for over $20. Not coming back here.

Very rude and way too loud. 2 of the most rudest people I ever saw. The blonde one likes all eyes on her and wants everyone’s attention. She’s loud and rude. The dark brown one is rude walked away when I was trying to pay her. I was trying to use a coupon on my phone. She said it has to be paper. And walked completely away. Just gone.(Ty to the friendly Cust who gave me one of her paper coupons.) I hope the owners can watch todays video and see how they are. I was there at 3:45pm. So I had to wait for the blonde one who was yelling at lil kids and chased them out the place. They were trying to turn in a survey code for a free cookie. She said they already got a free cookie the other day and she is not losing her job over giving a free cookie to them. Really? Lose her job over giving away a cookie. She got rid all them. Lost me and my family as a Cust. This place is a joke and ran by CLOWNS ?

I sent my 14 year old daughter in to order two sandwiches and the staff (girl with glasses and tattoos) didn't ask about Mayo or mustard so when she started putting it on one sandwich and my daughter politely told her that sandwich was not supposed to have that. The girl aggressively threw the sandwich in the trash, walked away, came back and said aggressively, "Let's do this one by one, okay." My daughter said from there on out she was aggressive, throwing a cookie in the bag, and then being condescending to her when the card machine wasn't working. My daughter struggles with some anxiety but we always challenge her to be independent but this interaction really upset her to the point she broke into tears when telling me what happened. It's up to us to teach her how to deal with people like this but I thought someone should know about the rude staff.I had other kids with me or I would have gone in to talk to the girl or manager because this treatment is not acceptable. I tried to call after and the phone line has been giving the busy signal for over an hour. Every customer should be treated with more respect than that but especially someone who is clearly not an adult. My daughter is very mature for her age, a straight A honor student, and in honor band. She's a good kid with a good heart who had to learn a lesson about rude people and poor customer service from this Subway. Just wish people learned to appreciate that customers are what pays your bills. We won't be going here anymore unless we know this girl has been at least coached to not behave this way. I just wish people would learn to appreciate having a job instead of acting like the customer is a burden.

The only good thing I can say about this store is it is clean. The managers are rude and treat the customers poorly and their conversation shouldn't be heard that are inappropriate. One managern she likes to drink on the job. Definitely not a place I recommend!

My main complaint is those filthy oven door handles from the clerks handling veggies when making the sandwich. they grad those filthy handles to open and close the oven door then use the same filthy gloves to add your veggies. I been the first customer for the day and those handles were still filthy, and they used the gloves to grab the handle and added my veggies with the same gloves. Very unsanitary.

Ordered a sub, they cut it in half, ripped a qtr of the top piece. I asked for another piece so the sandwich would not fall abort and the employee replies, it won't. I paid for it, walked out and threw it away. Horrible service.

Horrible look to work on 2 or 3 online orders when you have 8 people in line not moving for 10 minutes. Girls were working hard, this is just horrible management.
