Our experience was horrible. Food not cooked to temp and when it was brought to their attention the manager was confrontational. Took 10 minutes to be asked what we needed help with. By the time 10 more minutes passed turns out that the employee threw away the food with the receipt. Manager was confrontational and argumentative. Wasted enough time there and just left. Extremely poor customer service and food.Apparently the cinnabon delights are suppose to be half warm and half frozen.

I went to that Taco Bell yesterday and order breakfast boxes and I pay with my card and the cashier didn't give me my card back when I was on my way home I got notification that they used my card to pay for another order so went back and told them be careful when you go to this taco bell

The food portion on the double dip was not great. I can say the meat poured o. To my double dip taco was less than a spoon full. $3+ for one taco is not worth it especially the amount of meat. The service the gentleman provided there made up for it. I will probably try this location again since it's near by.

This location has GREAT service. We stopped by here at 10:30pm on a road trip and my son accidently forgot to ask for no beef when he placed his burrito order on the kiosk.When we asked if if there was an error, the staff said no, but they would be glad to make a new one. I offered to pay for a new burrito, but they said there was no need even though it wasn't their error!Wow! Very impressed with this location. We go to TB all over and find a wide variety of quality and customer service. This location really is one of the best I've been to.

Woman who took our order was incredibly short and gruff. Asked man at window for Diablo sauce. He said it was in the bag. There was no Diablo sauce in the bag. Don’t appreciate being lied to when it’s as easy as reaching in the thing and handing me some sauce packets. Doritos Locos Tacos Supreme were a mess with broken shells and sour cream all over the outside

The cashier is so rude. She was rude right from the beginning of ordering. Why are you so rude like we are bothering you for ordering then why are you working in customer service? I know it’s hard and don’t expect you to be all cheery or chirpy, but if someone is coming to you respectfully and just simply ordering food, don’t be rude. You need to work on your tone.
