Worst experience of my life with fast food. Customers now place the order at a kiosk and the staff hands you food. It's expensive and it looks messy. Never going back there. A customer walked in expecting his order to be ready since he ordered online. They said sorry we don't have your order. He was on a time crunch and couldn't put in a new order but the staff didn't offer anything to make it better. It's the company going this way so not blaming the staff for that. I'm definitely blaming them for making my order look like a pile of trash. When I realized I paid more for Taco Bell than for a sit down meal I realized I was never going back to a Taco Bell again. No picture... trash.

I think there just needs to be another location added to Tehachapi. This has to be the most popular choice of eatery in this little town. Rush hours are super busy and high demand.

Bathrooms were filthy floor was filthy, had to use kiosk, food was cold and stale, seemed like the end of the world when I asked for my drinks that they never gave me. This place is gross and workers are rude and lazy.
What’s up with the wide holes in her face girl? It was just me wanting extra sauce but she had me sit for 8 cares thinking it’s funny as i watch her and then plays all nice cause i stayed for ten minutes!! Dang straight, why is she so rude? Poor Colleen, I sure hope you have a better night and a better life cause you probably won’t go far from Taco Bell with that grace and attitude
