Spent more than 10 minutes in drive thru waiting for someone take my order and the lady just asked “are you going to be using the mobile app” and completely disregarded me. I pull up to the window and another employee saw me but no one actually came to the window to help.

After a long day left me feeling famished, I eagerly headed to Taco Bell hoping to find a filling yet fast dinner option. Upon arriving, the busy drive-thru line stretched around the building, but the warm glow emanating from inside hinted at the delicious delights waiting. Unfortunately, when it was my turn to order, the tinny drive-thru speaker made it difficult to communicate my choices clearly to the employee. However, any frustrations melted away as soon as I opened the bag in my car. The chicken grilled cheese burrito was a cheesy, melty masterpiece surrounded by a soft tortilla. Taking a bite, flavors of rice, chicken and three molten cheeses exploded in my mouth. The nacho fries supreme were a crispy, crunchy concoction topped with a vivid vermillion salsa, spicy jalapeños and cool sour cream. Both hits satiated my hunger completely. While the drive-thru ordering process could use updating, it's hard to deny the value, speed or taste of the food here. A picture menu or improved speakers may help streamline communication while keeping customers satisfied and staff moving smoothly. For a fast, filling, budget-friendly meal late at night, this Taco Bell delivers.

One of the workers shoved me on the machine a really good deal I was like 5 bucks for all this it's a steal overall great clean smells nice fast serviceKid-friendliness: I saw a kid who didn't know how to use machine and the worker came up to him and said you know how to use this? I can help so he got help and ordered its great here

This Taco Bell has terrible service. They don't get your orders right. They always forget items. Even when getting your food delivered they forget items. I got a grilled cheese burrito & it didn't have the cheese. Taco shells are always stale too. This is the worse Taco Bell ever in Bakersfield it seems like. The reviews are terrible.

Walked in and stayed at front of line for 3 minutes. Wasn't greeted by anyone and heard the workers yelling and playing in the back. Just walked out. And these people want more than minimum wage. Please
I’ve had numerous bad experiences with this specific Taco Bell location. Their window says the open at 6:30am. One time I went through the drive thru at 6:30am and they told me “We aren’t serving fried items right now”. Another time I pulled up the drive thru at exactly 6:30am and saw the employees barely pulling up the parking lot so I left to another location. This last time I pulled up the drive thru again at 6:30am and they told me “We will be ready in 10 min”. Every other location has been on point except this one. It’s clear to me that the employees aren’t being punctual. I hope management fixes this problem

I didn't get a chance to say what drink I wanted with my combo. Get to the window, and a younger Latina girl becomes rude with me, throws me a water cup, and says, "Come inside to get it yourself." Most definitely never going to that Taco Bell on Wible and Panama again.She could have at least given me the right size cup.
