We ordered take out , for 4 people online.. We each ordered a ," Cravings box " with various additional ," sides" included ..We asked for napkins , straws , hot sauce , and the basic condiments.None of which we received .. All the side items , that we paid for , sour cream , Pico de Gallo , guacamole,extra steak , extra cheese were even on the orders .. We were so upset about the entire , " dining experience that we all swore that we would never eat at Taco Bell again... This was at the Mount Vernon / Bakersfield store

It's really excellent staff. Whoever the general manager is he or she hires winning people. How do I know because it's better than most Taco Bell's In Kern County. Corina in the morning is an interesting, knowledgeable woman & in my mind She's my friend n she makes my day & she's missed on the weekends!Parking: It's all good but after dark when you're done eating Mount Vernon Ave it's not conducive to walking around and being safe.Kid-friendliness: The people that are harder are friendly 99.9% of they making a kid friendlyWheelchair accessibility: 100 accessible
Food items are constantly changing . The good items that used to be on the menu are no longer there and not able to even be custom ordered. I'm not sure if TB is under new management as a corporate, but the items that sale and people like, shouldn't be taken off the menu. It's almost as TB is leaning towards Keto styled foods.

It's taco bell and nothing more. I visited it with my mom and cousin and the cashier assumed they were seniors and gave them a free small cup. Lol they were offended to say the least. Never assume a woman is older than 40. It was kinda funny but yeah, the cashier shouldn't have made that assumption. Food was alright and it took a little long to get the food

I came at 10pm on January 4th, 2024. What appeared to be a shift manager or something, white spoke english and spanish, (had tattoos I think) took my order and was SO rude. she kept talking to others through the headset while I was ordering. Then at the window she aggressively hands me my bag and then proceeds to hand me a pepsi with no ice. when I ask her about the ice she said “oh he forgot to tell your were out” but she took my order lol? then I said I wouldn’t have ordered it then and they magically had ice from the front when I challenged it. food was terrible and wasn’t even cut too. terrible experience.there was also a homeless guy with his pants down butt on the windows of the building. I tried to be nice and call them as a heads up to this guy and no answer per usual.

First never ever is there anyone at the counter, they force you to take your own order. This particular store slowest ever. New employee on the line but has a shift lead next to her, what is she teaching her, no communication. Box not used, took even longer. They forget your drinks ALL the time oh yeh since we order ourselves and the sauce is never available to get and they walk away the moment they throw your food on the counter and to get them back to the counter is another 10 minutes. TB do better.
Don't order crunch wrap supreme.Every time comes with a ridiculous small amount of beef.

Well, they redeemed themselves. Thought this was going to be a bad review. The food was good and fresh except their nacho fries were cold. Drinks were prinksed right and cold.

DO NOT GO to this location. I waited like 40 minutes and ended up leaving witout my order. This locatios wasn't busy, I was the only one inside waiting for my order to be ready, but employees were talking (they were like 5) . The line in the drive thru was not long, there were like 4 cars only, but employees were not focus in making the orders. 20+ minutes after ordered, I went to check if my order was ready, but it wasn't so i kept waiting like 15more minutes and then I went to check one more time, but nothing was ready, so I requested my money back.While I was there a costumer came inside because her order was not right.
