Why did they stop with the cashier and customer service. Went in to order take out, I went to restroom. The cashier told my husband (that don't even know how to work a smart phone) that he had order from the kiosk. She offered to help, but had him ordering stuff he didn't want. We are not allowed to order from the cashier and register. Are they lazy, or what is the deal?

On the weekends they do not open at the time that they say they are normally 15 to 20 minutes later than they open so do not get there till a little after the time they say they are open☹️☹️
