I've been raving about the keto tacos here so today i took my family here to eat. needless to say I'm highly disappointed in the cook tonight. my food was an extremely burnt mess. tacos ruined. this was the same for all 3 keto tacos meals we received

Got cheese crunchy burrito is fire. Rice was cooked perfectly. I would add sour cream next time but it was really good as is.

One of the best places that i had tacos in bakersfield. The building itself doesn't give you that impression but don't judge a book by its cover. It is a drive thru place and they have few tables outside, no dine in. I tried the birria tacos and it was a bomb, their quesdilla was good but not impressing as the tacos. I wouldn't consider their prices on the cheap side but it is worth it.

These Birria tacos were BOMB! We made a pit stop on our way to LA and this is place impressed me! The shells were crispy, crunchy, and slightly chewy in the inner shell. The savoriness of the beef and cheese dipped with the spices of their beef stock was the perfect combo of pure goodness. I've tried Birria tacos from other establishments before and honestly this beats some of them. On another note, we also ordered the Birria ramen and though it was good, there was a bit too much lemon in it. Plus the noodles soaked up most of the soup so it was a bit too soggy. Other than that, I'm still coming back!

I think this place is good overall, but the waiting time is not worth it. The line for the drive through is insane. I recommend the place but I'd suggest to call ahead of time and place an order.

Good, but not great. The cheese tortilla was a pretty good idea, and it tasted great. But the rest was just average.
Good food but over 12 mins at the drive tru wait is so not okay especially if you're in a hurry..If they can speed things up I would have added more stars.

Found nothing great about this food to support the price....it show a $ suggesting prices are low. That was far from the truth, and said I didn't even eat my food after 3 bite it wrapped it up. Salt was a big factor in why..... Unfortunate I was look it forward to them experience....

I ordered from their Ming location but was unable to leave a review for some reason. I had pretty high hopes, considering the hype of the food when they opened their Ming location. The beans whole was actually pretty tasty, however half my beans didn’t appear to be cooked all the way, same goes for the rice. The rice was definitely a different taste, not in a good way. The seasoning was different from anything I had, the taste was similar to boxed Spanish rice. The meat was terribly dry and hard to swallow. Chips where incredibly tasty and not stale. I’m definitely coming back on a different day to give it another try, I figured this was just a bad day for the cooks. The gals in the front where very nice and welcoming, very fast with getting out order out.

Our rating for today is a two star just because the experience we had today we have been there before and always got great food not sure what changed since then but today the food was not what we expected the tacos we could tell weren't fresh and we got a birria soup bowl and it was so thick it looked like molé

I got the Queso Birria tacos and they were pretty good. They are stuffed with birria meat and a little of onions and cilantro. The consome was very good on its own, just don't forget to ask for lemon. The Birria quesadilla is great, plenty of meat and cheese, I just wished they added more guacamole and ours was missing the sour cream. My kids had the Burrito and the street tacos they both finished all their food and said it was good. I will definitely go back to see how the rest of the food is. The only downside is the long wait but so far it's worth it.
