So the two IPAs they make in house are both complex, smooth little treats. The space is big, open, yet still warm. Bummer, no cans to go- making the journey for the pint a valued expedition. Good stuff here, def would recommend for brewery seekers. Strong rotating taps, solid service. Happy I was able to stop in.

Ok... so there's no table service. One star deduction. Otherwise... food was terrific! We had a special- pulled pork flatbread... excellent! Great bbq sauce! We also had chicken pesto sandwich was delicious! Fries were great as well!!! Plus... great beer selection! Try this place!!!

Love this place. I've been a patron since it opened nine years ago. Never been disappointed by the food or beer. The service is great as well.

Beer was good. Southwest Flatbread was really goo, but it took twice as long as my friends' nachos and wings which were ordered after mine! We happened to be there on a trivia night so it was fairly busy. The vibe was comfortable and people were friendly. I might go back if I'm the area again. I may try some other breweries first though.

Brews in Bakersfield. Nice selection of local beer, large comfortable space. Loved the music. Chicken tenders were juicy and flavorful.

Large indoor space and they have an outdoor area too. Food 4.5/5 burger patty was pretty thick, so it was well worth the money. The steak fries are very good! I'm giving it 4.5 stars though because otherwise there was nothing outstanding about the food. I wouldn't necessarily come back for more. Service was ok. I sat at the bar, business was pretty slow, but the bartenders didn't seem interested in striking up a conversation. They only talked to me when they saw my glass empty.

Food is amazing, had the Jalapeño Popper Flatbread(cheddar, cream e geese base, bacon, & Jalapeño) delicious. Can't go wrong with any of the pub food here

This is my favorite place in Bakersfield for a hamburger. I just love how they sear the patty. The beer here is really enjoyable. I also appreciate the wide open space here.

Good beer, and seltzer and good food. Plus a cool atmosphere. Even live music sometimes

Large, tall space with a patio, industrial/brewery decor, expanding production facility in next two spaces in the building; about 14 own beers on tap, few guests beers, and few cans, good WiFi, flights of 5 available at a reasonable price, decent beer, excellent burger, few TV screens with ESPN but thankfully without sound so one can have a beer in peace

This being a brewery I'm going to score it high on the brew and ambiance side. We went with a group of 8 and it was a great place to take a group. We got one of the big tables with benches and it comfortably fit everyone. The ambiance was casual. It felt just like a brewery should. The parking lot is big enough for everyone to park and the set up inside has lots of tables and chairs to sit at. Corn hole is in the back. Chicharroenes were a strong 10/10 Great flavored and the perfect crunch Giant Soft Pretzel was another 10/10 Crispy Brussels Sprouts was a 5/10. They were whole and I didn't find them very crispy. They were more on the firm side with sauce. Beer Battered Artichoke Hearts was a 7/10 Above average, but not as good or inviting as the Chicharroenes Southwest Chicken Salad was a 5/10. It was a salad heavy on the chicken side. There wasn't enough lettuce to chicken ratio. This is probably good for those that wanted a lot of chicken, but I wanted more lettuce. I heard this comment on the apple chicken salad as well. Lettuce is cheap, they should add more in. Also it needed more dressing than the little cup they gave you. The Classic Temblor Signature beef burger was a 5/10. It was a thick burger with pickles and onions packed inside. It had some sauce on it, but I still found it dry. The fries were good. Overall I'd say come for the beer and Chicharroenes and eat dinner elsewhere.

While in Bakersfield CA... Came upon this brewery located off 4200 Buck Owen's Blvd It's a bit noisy but the environment is for all ages Enjoyed a beer flight and some tasty food

Went to a concert tonight. They did not remove a man literally bum rushing the crowd because he and his friends wanted to start a mosh pit. The guy threw beer into the air for whatever reason. It splashed me and a few others nearby. The ground was wet for the rest of the night so everyone slipped in it. Couldn't enjoy the music because of this guy that they let stay. Probably not returning if they have another concert since they don't seem to care if their patrons get hurt or not.

Food is mostly fried. They have a few items not fried. The atmosphere is fun.
