The service & ambiance was great my burrito tasted yummy except my rice it was still hard as if it wasent throughly cooked yet .. hopefully next time the rice is cooked a bit longer

service and food were both very bad on brimhall location nachos were very burnt, management was horrible. they tried to make it up to us after they realized how bad our service and food was but it was already too late. they burnt our nachos and left them sitting to get soggy for 5 minutes. I thought they were bringing them out to my kids and us and they were sitting there while the manager and employees were socializing on the floor with family members

I love this place that atmosphere the spiritual, uplifting quotes that are all over the walls plus the spiritual music that is playing. Also, the staff is very polite and the food is awesome. I highly recommend you try victors, Mexican Grill today

Food is decent, I like to come here as the location is very convenient. Service is efficient. It will get buddy spring lunch time. I will say that for pick up orders they have forgotten to add items but that's fine. Ambiance is busy but you should be done with wait soon.

We were looking for something a little different in downtown Bakersfield. We had eaten at Athena's on 20th St. a few times. Victor's is right next door and we wanted to try it. It was 12:10 on a Friday, so it was crowded. Service was quick. We ordered the burrito. You get to build it yourself. We opted for the barbacoa, but the choices were chicken, shrimp, steak, chili verde, and a vegetarian. We added the Spanish rice, black beans, jalapeno, and we splurged with some guacamole. The food tasted good and well seasoned. There were definitely many more choices on the menu that are worthy of trying. We sat inside because all the outside seating was full. It was comfortable, perhaps a little noisy, but it was a very busy time. If you're looking for a quick lunch with good food, give Victor's a try.

I genuinely enjoy the food from Victor's and I'm hands down addicted to their salsa! I hadn't ordered from this location in about 2 months. And I'm not sure if their quality has decreased or it's just me. The chicken looked a little "over cooked" compared to the one that Brimhall usually serves. (Take this with a grain of salt, as I clearly don't cook anything- hence why I'm ordering food.) Today I ordered a burrito, a large salsa and a cookie. When I bit into the breakfast burrito it was crunchy - like egg shells. Or maybe it's the salsa? Or maybe it was the spinach? Also I will say that I was quite disappointed with the cookie. I know inflation is real and companies do what they need to do to keep increasing profit margins - but the cookie is about the size of a "Chips Ahoy!". It's sill good, but I just wanted to mentally prepare you all for the size disappointment (again. Take this with a grain of salt, as I suck at measuring). I'll still eat at Victor's. It beats paying almost the same amount at McDonald's. However, I'll probably go out of my way to visit the Brinhall location moving forward.

I went to the victors on 20th street 9/5/2023 at around 12:30-12:40pm. All I remember is this girl wearing a purple bow on her hair. She was the worst server ever!!!! Did not greet us. When she offer to help another girl with my burrito, she just threw the toppings like she could care less how it was placed or where it was being placed. Instead at looking at where she was placing it, she was looking up at her surroundings instead. Didn’t make no contact or ask me for anything else. Her attitude changed my whole mood and lost my appetite. This is actually one of the worst reviews I had done and I just need them to know that the type of service she offer was very unacceptable. I would have 100% understood if maybe the line was ridiculous long but there was only one person behind us, no excuse on how she serves the food. Unfortunately I would never go back to that location. She definitely needs to be trained again on how to serve because that service was horrible.

The food does not disappoint. From there bowls or burritos. Customer service here is top tier! Happy, friendly workers and in top of great Mexican food. Fast served and well made. Love coming here for lunch! Don't forget to sign up to there reward points. To save you some money off your next meal
