I usually order a burrito bowl, but I’m never going back! I honestly only continued to order so many times because I really love the cilantro sauce but the last time I came is what really made my mind up. They charge so much but will skimp you on everything and it’s bland which is why the cilantro sauce is a must. If you ask for more then a few droplets of meat or cheese they will charge a ridiculous up charge. And for being a Christian based establishment the employees as extremely rude. Chipotle would never!

Maria who is the Manager was not helpful and was rude with her other employee. I ask for a bowl which I normally get and the lady was very skimpy not only on the meat but also veggies. I ask her to can she put a little more and told me that all. It wasn’t even a full spoon it was a half. I left empty hand. I will never come back to this place especially how they treated me. They really didn’t care and that find by me cause Chipotle is better!I wouldn’t go her. They treat you like you not welcome especially if you person of Color. Trust me take your money elsewhere. Food isn't the problem here its mediocre at best. The girl who took our order at the end was a passive aggressive gremlin. After not getting a tip for a single burrito she put it on the back counter. We waited for 5 minutes while they did to more walk in orders and made them in front of us. Don't hire petty goblins.

the food was absolutely disgusting to the point where i cannot even eat it, and i couldn’t get a refund.
We wanted a quick bite in the day that would be super filling as we still had a lot of things left to do. They loaded the nachos to the full! We asked for extra sour cream and even if it was extra, they truly delivered! The server was nice and the space was great to eat and talk! I liked the tables and they had some wall chargers as well! I would love if there was a spicier red salsa however

Victor's is my favorite take-out place in Bakersfield. I usually get a bowl with chicken & all the toppings (the corn salsa is my favorite!!) but this last visit, I tried their grilled chili verde enchiladas & OH MY GOODNESS!! They are soooo delicious!!! This place is always clean & the customer service is excellent. I highly recommend Victor's.

I go to Victors quite often for lunch and the food is great as well as the service. The reason I am giving 3 stars is because the manager Elizabeth. On two occasions of visiting I have seen how she treats the employees and I have seen her grab something from and employees hand, and roll her eyes at them. As management, she should not treat employees in the way she does. I understand work gets busy but it has been more than once that I have seen her treat the employees bad. I didn't catch every name tag but both Roberto and Carolina were extremely kind and hard working. I just think Victor's needs to pay attention to management and treat their employees with respect.
