Carlisha has great customer service. She was pleasant and very easy to talk to when I ordered my food through drive through. She was knowledgeable and patient. We need more customer service like hers. This happen on 04/09/24.

This place used to be good. Then, a new owner took over, and the head manager quit. The food immediately went downhill. It's gross now, so I can't eat there anymore.

Went through drive-thru and I bought three meals for myself my daughter and son-in-law I got home and it turned out that the single Patty baconator I ordered ended up being a regular burger is onions pickles tomato and lettuce...Needless to say I was disappointed soon as though it's very rare I have burgers to begin with.

The food was cold as well as the customer service. The cashier (Kimberly) was rude when taking my order. Her whole attitude was very unprofessional, from her facial expression to her tone of voice.
2nd day I stopped by to get a frosty tag, again the manager was too lazy to get me a frosty tag from the safe, I walked in the floors and tables were dirty, people are laughing and joking something has to be done there shout out to Mt Vernon they're on point!
