The lobster in the lobster bisque is not real lobster. It's long thin strips that are jiggly and gelatinous. I'm sorry but don't market real lobster if you are using imitation sticks. Smh.

Tried for the first time for Valentine's Day, we tried the sandwiches, and they were really good, everything taste fresh. All the employees were helpful and nice. will be going back to try more.
Awesome sourdough ? bread! Be sure to get some to take home they sell the fresh bread, too. Good soup and sandwiches.

I brought three sandwiches and three chocolate cookies. The lady was talking so fast that I couldn’t even understand her. Then finally when our order was ready, we had to inquire about our cookies three times like we were asking for something free. Then when we get home and look at the sandwiches it looked like someone just threw the meat and stuff together the avocado was in chunks that slid off the sandwich, the bread was like super thick and hard you couldn’t even chew it. The cheese was suppose to be sliced not chunked pieces. Totally unsatisfied and will never go again

Sandwiches are decent. Tried the cracked pepper turkey and the BBQ brisket. Brisket was better. The bread bowl clam chowder was insanely good. Highly recommend that. Also got a chocolate chip cookie and it was average.

Hello Management,The server Amy gave horrible customer service, had no proper uniform unlike all others who did, was playing with her 1yr old family member who came to eat… the whole time while the little one tossed the chips she was just laughing and ignoring the line, please ensure proper training. Thank you!

I forgot to take pictures ahhh but trust, the sandwiches were very yummy and the bread tasted really good. I got the turkey sandwich with house sauce, lettuce, tomatoes, and onions. My friend got the same toppings but cracked pepper turkey. We both enjoyed our sandwiches and felt full and content!! Another friend of ours got the same toppings but garlic turkey pesto. I think they went a little overboard with the onions though, my friend said she didn't really taste the garlic of the turkey pesto since there were a bunch of onion slices in her sandwich.

I heart Sourdough!!! This chain is similar to a Jersey Mike's or Jimmy John's in the setup, but I will say the Sourdough bread sets them apart.I got the pesto turkey sandwich and it was so good! Very filing and the toasted bread is delicious. Overall would definitely recommend

Oh my gosh!!! Literally the best sandwiches. I order them every single week. Don’t ever get rid of the chicken problano pepper soup it is AMAZING! And their marble rye bread is sooooo good! ?

Can’t speak to the service or atmosphere as I’ve only had it delivered but the French dip is one of the best I’ve ever had. The sourdough is amazing and you can get it par baked so you can toast up fresh sourdough on demand!

THIS FOOD is so good. Everyone has that random soup and sandwich craving, and West Coast Sourdough should be their choice every time (It's definitely mine). The bread is baked to perfection with a crisp crust and a fluffy inside. The texture of all the ingredients is so satisfying, and it makes you realize that it's not saturated in sugar or any unhealthy additives; you can really taste the difference. The price of the food is amazing knowing how high quality of a sandwich, soup, and bread combo you're in for. I am still looking forward to trying other menu items since I keep ordering the same combo, but I will always be having a tomato soup and a sourdough side. Excellent & fresh flavors, so many options to customize your sandwich the way you want...amazing!
