I primarily order using delivery, and the food is always hot and fresh. Fries are sometimes undercooked which is my only tiff. Never had any issues with their ice cream machine when ordering floats. Overall I love the brand, especially that it’s still a family owned company. I recommend their fish and chips when they offer it seasonally.

I didn't get food I ordered butI received food I didn't order. My mustard dogs also smell bad so I can't eat them. They made sure to charge me correctly. They aren't answering the phone ....Vegetarian options: Don't know

Its really dirty outside, I this is going sound stuck up but I love rootbeer float but can't have all that foam that comes with it.. when I ask for one w/out foam he just stared at me and said it comes with the foam. I asked if there was a way that it could be scooped out of it or something he said no as if I offended him. I get rootbeer floats else where they have no issues with my request. But one of the chilli dogs the hot dog was dryed Out and burnt...

Used to be 5 star but lately the wait time is close to 10-15 minute wait in the drive thru. Just terrible
This place is amazing, I see the workers do there best to keep up with the orders The managers are always up and down. Food is made fast and really good the chili is even better.

Placed online order for $42 at the Niles location, at pickup I found they had taped the bags. I asked the guy how am I supposed to check the order, the guy said they check it, twice. Custom $5 dog missing, tried calling Numerous times, no answer. I check every time because when I haven't, one of my children ends up upset. I just wanted them to refund the item.
