My husband and I have a tradition of having a date night every Wednesday. This week, we decided to visit Wiki's Wine Dive & Grill as we had heard that they offer an excellent selection of wines that can be paired with their delicious food. The restaurant offers seating options in three distinct areas - the patio, dining room, and bar. These sections are located in close proximity to one another, which makes for a lively atmosphere, both indoors and outdoors. However, if you prefer a more peaceful dining atmosphere, this may not be the best choice for you. We were promptly seated at The Wiki Wine Dive & Grill (WWDG), which quickly filled up with customers. Our server, Alex, took our drink order and kindly offered suggestions from the menu to help us decide on our meal. Alex promptly brought our drinks and food. My husband and I decided to split the 16oz Rib Eye steak that costs $42.00. The dish was served alongside a house salad, steamed vegetables, and a potato of our choice. We opted for the baked potato with all the toppings, and we also ordered an additional house salad. I ordered a Bloody Mary and my husband had a citrus IPA. We enjoyed everything! The restaurant has a relaxed atmosphere, with friendly servers like Alex who has a great personality and smile. The establishment is clean and the food is delicious. The menu has a variety of choices. The manager stopped by our table to make sure that we were happy. I give The Wiki Wine Dive & Grill 5 Stars!

Ordered take out and I wish I would have eaten there so I could have sent it back. Massive stomach ache after eating it, the meat in the carne asada tacos and korean bbq was questionable and left uneaten. The portion sizes for the sides on the carne asada were unacceptable (could be finished in less than 2 bites) . Cauliflower bites were okay. I did not eat there so I can't comment on the ambiance or service but the people at the front had got me in and out pretty quick. Needless to say I have a stomach ache and feel like throwing up.

Poor Service and Neglected Customers I've frequented Wiki's several times over the past few months, but unfortunately, my experiences have been consistently disappointing. The service at this establishment is consistently poor, with wait times ranging from slow to unbearably sluggish. Whether seated at the bar or on the outdoor patio, the level of service remains subpar. While we typically opt for beer, a seemingly foolproof choice, even the drinks at Wiki's are hit or miss. As a fan of Moscow Mules, I can attest to their inconsistency; on two separate occasions, my order was disappointingly executed. Furthermore, obtaining a second round of drinks often requires flagging down a server, as there appears to be no cohesive team effort to ensure customers are attended to. During one visit, despite a server passing by our table multiple times, our empty glasses were neglected, accompanied by a dismissive attitude of "Not my table, not my problem." Frustratingly, my husband had to take matters into his own hands and visit the bar himself to replenish our drinks. On our most recent visit, we hoped to explore the full menu and try something new. However, our anticipation quickly turned to disappointment as we were entirely forgotten about. After waiting for 45 minutes without any acknowledgment, we made the decision to close our tab and leave. Even my typically easygoing husband has reached his limit with this establishment, expressing his reluctance to return. With numerous dining options available in Bakersfield, I strongly advise seeking out alternatives to Wiki's. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment by choosing a restaurant that values its customers and provides satisfactory service.

I am a very big advocate for wiki's and is typically one of my top recommendations to suggest when hanging out with friends. I suggested a nice sunday easter brunch for my family and I to enjoy because I hadn't had a bad experience the times I've gone in the past. We got a round of waters the first 10 minutes and proceeded to sit for 45 minutes until our server took our order. I was already embarrassed for even considering to bring my family here. They then messed up 4 out of 8 of our orders due to dietary restrictions that they did not remove or added to our order how we preferred to eat them. There I am sitting two hours since we arrived, me and 3 of my other family members still sitting without any food. This is hands down THEE worse experience I've ever seen and experienced as a customer and experienced worker in the service industry. I would give it a zero if I could!

The food was great and service was excellent. The St. Patty's day food special was the best.

First impressions are everything, and Wikis really out did themselves. Everything is gourmet and so delicious and plenty of 21+ beverages to choose from (there are also non-alcoholic). Lively atmosphere and very attentive staff!

Wikis was one of my favorite establishments in town! I loved the food, vibe, location and service. I went recently and was surprised how things went down. The restaurant is beautiful and I love how they expanded. However service was not as good as I remember. We were seated by the host and it took twenty minutes for the waitress to come to our table. The host has felt bad when he noticed no one even acknowledged our table. Finally someone came and took our order. Two appetizers & drinks were ordered for starters. The fried green beans were extra well done where they tasted burnt, we didn't even eat them. The nachos were good. Our entrees were delicious. I hope it was just one not so good experience. Usually I'm always happy going to Wikis. Hopefully my next experience there will be better!!

We went for the food. Menu has a lot of options but neither entrée was good. Flavors didn't work and the place reminded me of kitchen nightmares. It's as if the chef has no real experience and is winging it. Getting seated was a bit clunky but our server was nice. The atmosphere has a bit of an identity crisis. Nice restaurant or expensive pick up joint? It all just doesn't work.

Service was great from start to finish. I ordered the shrimp Cajun pasta. The noodles were very good. Tasted almost homemade. The overall pasta however lacked the Cajun zing one would expect to tast.Overall menu looked good with plenty to choose from. They have a good sized bar with plenty of tvs for those sports fans. Not a bad place overall.

Chef Salutan acts like he cares about the food but in all reality the only thing he cares about is his ego.Food is extremely inconsistent, line cooks seem to not care and just push out quanity instead of quality. I wonder if it's because they work two jobs. Some things are really good. Some are horrid. Either way whatever you order will be different every time depending on who makes it. Good thing the clientele is mostly focused on alcohol. This place doesn't get it and hasn't gotten it. Bakersfield doesn't eat quail.
