Shout out to the guy who was working by himself taking orders and prepping them today. It got busy out of no where he kept his cool and did the dam Thang.
I ordered online, a bucket and 2 orders of the spicy wings. The app tells me it will be ready at 11:42am. I arrive and there's no one in the store. I get there and they want me to wait another 30 mins for the wings. I asked them why? They said because the worker who is outside is on his 30 minute lunch. There's 3 other workers in the store, they tell me that only he knows how to cook. Which makes me wonder what are the other 3 workers getting paid for? I ask for a refund and they say because I order online I have to request via the app.

Tooo pricey!I remember having this chicken as a treat during my childhood growing up. Now I know why we only had it occasionally; it's soo expensive. Twelve pieces (dark meat) of just chicken, cost us 19.99. I can bake two whole chickens for that price!Taste is still enjoyable, like I remember (MSG makes everything delicious). ALL in all, it was a nice visit to nostalgia. For my wallet's sake, I won't be coming back.

I want a chicken nugget and I got pieces of leftover chicken. You can't even call them chicken nuggets it's trash. Horrible customer service. I won't take my dog to eat this place.

this place deserves negative stars. i put in my online order at about 9:00pm. They had to audacity to mark the order as "finished" and wait until my delivery driver arrives to the restaurant to tell them that they're....wait for it...OUT OF CHICKEN. If that were really the truth, they should have said something in advance, shut down the store, marked every chicken item as out of stock, but no...they did nothing. which leads me to believe that the reason for their chicken outage is due to the employees being too lazy to prepare more. Not to mention that this is not the first time that they've done this. hands down the worst KFC in Los Angeles. Dont go here

I made an online order for our potluck and picked up the food without checking it because I was in a hurry going to work. Ordered special offer with chicken and nuggets but at the time we open the food, the dozen nuggets are missing. Lesson learned: check your order before leaving.

$18.99 for 8-pc tenders. At $2.37 a piece I expect my tenders to be fresh. Not so fresh apparently. I got half and half. Four pieces that have been sitting under the heat lamps for I don't know how long, and 4 fresh out of the fryer. Wings have so much batter you barely have any chicken on the bone. I forgot to tell them to put the sauce on the side, so I got an overly-sauced up, barely any meat chicken wings. Their spicy chicken sandwich is more salty than spicy. I order the regular chicken sandwich and use my own spicy chili sauce.

I was pretty blown away from my experience here at KFC. This is one of the newer KFCs so it has a nice modern building and feel. The other KFCs in the area feel pretty dated. I only wanted to order chicken and the biggest order I can get away with that isn't a meal is a 4 piece. For 4 pieces it was almost 10 dollars which means each piece is roughly ~2.50. It's actually one of the most expensive fried chicken per piece that I've had. I ordered the extra crispy and I would have to say it was amazing. The breading and seasoning was delicious. It was super crispy and I couldn't get enough of eating it. Service was really quick and good. They were able to provide me a recommendation for just ordering chicken since that isn't something on the menu or online. Within 5 minutes my order was out of the kitchen and I was on my merry way eating this delicious fried chicken. Overall, really good good fried chicken, it's a bit more expensive than other places for fried chicken. Highly recommend this KFC and ordering their crispy chicken!
