Literally called to order for take out/ pick up. They told me to give them a moment, which is no big deal. I waited 4 minutes and they hung up on me??? There is no way I waited just for them to hang up on me while they were having a conversation with another worker.

The Fried Thai Basil rice was really good. I got Pad Thai (tofu, no eggs, xtra peanuts). It was pretty good, I think I would have liked it a tad spicier. Our server was really nice and place was clean. Tea wasn't the best, but there are other places in plaza to get that.

Hi I have been going to orjid Thai for over 4 years nowThe service use to be excellentThere use to be 2 ladies always friendly.The last few times there's two males and they're lot so friendly not welcoming at all , and it's disappointingThe food is very good I've recommended many people.The service not so goodVery dry.

Stopped by for a quick lunch with family. I was tried the noodles and won ton shrimp. The noodles were great and satisfied my craving, However, the shrimp were so tough that they were almost inedible. I might come back but I would try a different protein.

I wanted to like this place. Unfortunately, out of all the things i ordered, it just seemed to get worse and worse. The taste of the green curry was bland. Although, you do get a small side of rice with it. The Tom Kha soup was probably the only tasty thing i had. My girlfriend was disappointed with it. She said it lacked flavor and wasn't creamy like it was supposed to be. The Honey Green Tea with boba was nothing to praise. It's just a typical drink with not much flavor. The Beef Pad See Ew was missing the beef, as well as anything worth mentioning. I will not be coming back. I wanted to give it a try since it was close by,but nothing stuck out besides the quick time it would be ready, which was about 15 minutes. Ambiance inside the place seemed nice. I had a to go order, though, so i didn't sit down to dine in. Definitely, not a thai place i would revisit. Try lucky Elephant in San Dimas if you want really good Thai food. I'm sad this was a miss.

The best Thai restaurant in the 626! Orchid Thai had unlocked a newfound love for Thai cuisine back when its original location was in Arcadia many years ago. I was incredibly sad when they closed and thought my favorite Thai spot was gone forever when in fact they had just moved to Baldwin Park. The restaurant is every bit as I remember including the same friendly, casual ambiance! You can't go wrong with anything you order here--seriously! Both the Pad Thai and Pad See Ew are amazing as well as the curries, namely the yellow curry which comes fresh with your choice of protein, carrots and potatoes. The meat/protein served with your dish is freshly cooked and tender, never tough and dry. I also enjoyed the Seafood Tom Yum Soup which comes chock full of seafood and veggies, although my husband felt it was a bit too much on the sour side. Appetizers are great here as well! The Shrimp Egg Rolls are wonderful and come with a sweet chili dipping sauce, and the Thai Pork Jerky is also a great order. Of course, you can't forget ordering the Thai Tea to help wash all those delicious flavors down! The workers are friendly and service is prompt. The food comes out pretty quickly whether you dine in or order takeout. Either way, you can't go wrong with this Thai culinary gem!

This thai place is near our place like 3 mins away. It became our to go place. We ordered a lot, tried multiples dishes on their menu. Food is 4/5. I feel like it's common. I haven't really tasted anything that stood out compared to the other thai places we tried. I don't recommend their Thai chicken bbq. The the duck dish? I forgot. Pork jerky was a little hard. Dishes that are ok: Pad see ew, pad thai, tom yang, papaya salad, thai fried rice. They serve fast. Staff are nice. Plenty of parking. Small place.
