Went through the drive through, I ordered 2 sandwich combos with sweet tea. When I got home, the fries were cold and the sweet tea was soda. I have not had soda in 12 years, this was a waste of money. I was experiencing lower back pain at the time. Not going back to change out the drinks, however this will be my absolute last time going her, and literally since it opened, this is is only my third time going here, I should have went to the Habit across the street, I have NEVER had any mistakes with them.

Paid for a 3 piece combo, got home and opened a box with only fries in it. Also they always be forgetting to put ketchup in the bag like why do i even have to ask for it :(( gas is wayy too expensive rn to be going all the way back there as wellupdate: I went back and they gave me a refund along with extra food :) thas cool, also they were very apologetic about the mishap soooo 3 stars ?✨??

I went today through the drive thru and I asked them to repeat my order just to double check. Instead of two 3 finger combos the girl just put one chicken burger. I didn’t notice until I got home. She was busy talking with her coworker instead of taking orders.

Best experience I ever had at a canes ! My cashier iris gave me the best customer service. We shared some laughters and she was just overall the best worker there. Once I got my food it was warm fresh crispy and it smelled so good! I also never seen the restrooms so clean ! Now that's how you know they care about your food because the restrooms are clean. Before I left my song came up ! ONE LESS LONELY GIRL by Justin Bieber , I started singing and iris knew the vibe and started singing with me ! 100% recommendation this place not only because how good the food is but also the customer service!

I ordered a meal with a sweet tea and got a lemonade. I ordered a kids meal and got the drink but not the kids meal. I also got attitude from the girl taking my order trying to rush me. Terrbile service from this careless girl.

I purchased 25pieces if chicken and it had no taste all of my people agreed it was tasteless and the batter was moist wet mushy,and the French fries were a joke I got the bottom of the batch,I called spoke to the manager Fernando he said his name was all he said thT no one else complained well we all are some one a group of 6 I did not want a refund a free food told him to supervise the cooks for consistency! I never had this experience other places
