This Starbucks absolutely sucks. They took 40 minutes for 3 drinks. Drive thru cars were coming and going. They obviously get priority over walk-ins. The customer service sucks. The workers are rude and need to learn better training. They just leave orders on the counter unattended. Drinks and breads. With the bags open. Anyone can reach them.I could have easily taken drinks off I wanted to. You need help!! You need to try harder.

I usually do not come to this location. What I noticed right off upon entering was more than a few rude customers. You would think they would be happy to be getting a nice cool drink on a warm day. These people literally had a scowl on their face. We were next in line while cashier Alize was helping an especially difficult customer. Cashier was having so much trouble, she asked us to step back. We were shocked by her statement as we were at least four feet away. I'm sure she is not always not like this. Next time we'll go to Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf.

why are they closing the doors at 10 pm when they've never done that untill tonight that's not right just because they want to go home early . I dont have a car so I'm not sure how only drive thru works for customers who aren't driving to Starbucks . ridiculous and embarrassing to see the closing manger be okay with this . cooperation shouldnt allow them to close to dine in customers at 10pm when the time says 10:30 pm close

This store is truly the worst Starbucks I've been too. They take at least 20 minutes to make a single drink. I remember walking in and their manager was arranging cups on the shelves as his employees were hustling to make drinks. He proceeds to take my order then tries ti sell mw a cup. No thanks David. the staff here are okay, not the most welcoming. I only come here for one reason only but would rather get a drink from somewhere else and sit in their "semi" clean lobby.

Horrible customer service... I live 1 minute if that away and I'd rather drive across town to the location on Puente & Garvey BP town center... location on Ramona blvd was ok until they hired a few RUDE people and they have to be at the drive through window I've made several complaints with no improvements, last time I was there the male employee was so RUDE I told him I lived close but would rather go to the other location he said then do go there then laughed...lol on you that was the last time I was there... also their brews are NEVER made the same always a different taste had to go back a few times for replacements ... it's a shame the management doesn't listen or correct...STAY away from this location it'll only make you late to wherever you need to be...
