Poor serviceI placed an order online then found out it was canceled. I called and someone name "Jessica" got an attitude saying it's not their fault they have no order for me, she didn't even try to help.

Worst customer service ever !! This subway Needs to find better employees. My sandwich was the most Disappointing thing ever . She didn't even let me ask what i wanted on it and just kept proceeding it felt like she was in a hurry but for what . She Gave me like 2 pickles and 2 banana peppers and even the lettuce! Ridiculous and she ran out of mayonnaise and i said i would like more please she, she said sorry we ran out ! & next person behind me got the other mayonnaise from the other side of the compartment. . I didn't even get my Bread toasted! She gave me my food with anger she just had a ugly vibe . Me and my boyfriend were like what's her problem. . Felt like personal beef and i don't even know this girl . I don't know her name but had black hair in her 20s with blesmishes on her face .

DO NOT COME HERE! HORRIBLE SERVICEToday is July 3, 2023. I came here at 7:48 pm with my dad. We walk in and a woman in the back says something that I don't make out, but I still proceed to counter to place my order. She comes from the back and tells us that she's trying to close. I asked if the store closes at 8 and she says yes. I check my phone and it's 7:49. I tell her that it's not even 8, so I'm still going to order. Again, she says she's trying to close, and my dad asks if it's okay if we still order, she says "yes but I'm trying to close," looking really annoyed. She asks if we have a long order, we tell her that we only wanted 3 sandwiches, she says that's a lot, so AGAIN my dad asks, "so... can we order or not?" and she says yes. I start placing my order and she stops midway and asks my dad, "you work for the fire department?" (my dad is wearing his forest service hat), and he says yes, for the forest. She tells him, "You're just so serious it's making me uncomfortable."I told her "that's such a weird thing to say to a customer", just kind of in shock that this whole interaction is happening.She says "maybe it's just the fact that you're up in the mountains all day that makes you so serious."I told her that she should've locked the door if she didn't want anyone to walk in. She proceeds to tell me as my dad and I are walking away, "well, you don't work here."This was just a super unpleasant situation. I work in customer service, and I completely understand being understaffed, which looks like was the case, but it doesn't give anyone the right to (A.) blatantly assume something about a customer, (B.) make the atmosphere so uncomfortable for no reason. Not that I need to defend my position, but we just wanted to know if she was willing to take our order or not, and she just wouldn't give us a straightforward answer, so maybe her frustration grew when we just wouldn't leave. I'm never coming back here, my appetite completely disappeared. I can't remember if the employee's name was Tiffany or Stephanie, I just know that she was working on the date and time I listed.

I used to work here and this place you can tell is not putting the correct amount of stuff on the sandwich. I order a tuna sandwich and so disappointed no tuna in the sandwich you can see the bread and there is only a little bit of tuna. I paid $12 for a foot long with just bread and cheese wtf is that. Bread tasted like it was a day old. I used to work here and I know that was not the whole scoop of tuna they are supposed to be putting on the sandwich. So disappointed

The truth is that I would be glad that someone else would open another similar restaurant, because every day the services are very bad. The staff at this place are very bad, they have no way of serving the customer, very bad, bad service I wish the supervisor and owners would pay more attention to this place but as a customer I would never go there.

Would’ve given it -5 stars. They were “closed” by 3 pm on a weekday. This has happened MULTIPLE times. Never, ever coming back here again. There is plenty of better other Subways in area. Avoid this one at all cost! ????

Very nice restaurant with plenty of variety, affordable, and friendly staff. Very quick and efficient staff. Ordered a tuna sandwich and it was delicious, would definitely recommend, the only down side is that they don't have a restroom. If you get a combo you get a discount.
