I never eat in here, but the food is 99% of the time accurate.The manager and his team are friendly and positive vibes.Only one person I saw without a smile and a friendly attitude, but this was a person from months ago I not seen them in a while, so I say 10 out of 10 customer service so far.

Worst service ever, Burger was soggy and it seems that they just throw it together. The lady who took the order sounded pissed off and delivered it to me was horrible. The time was at 10:10 pm 1-21-21. Won't be going back to this carl's Jr. ever.

Made 4 burgers incorrectly, they said they would remake them.. then proceeded to make random burgers not even on the menu. Kindly just asked for a refund.. the employee Veronica initially kindly started the refund... I noticed the amount was incorrect, i point that out... She gas an attitude saying dont worry about it that she knows what she is doing. She still does the wrong amount... But turns out she didnt refund me... She charged me again. So charge $125 for food i never got and they didnt know how to make... Had to go back to get this fixed... She wasnt apologetic at all... Seems like it was done on purpose. Been almost a week and the money still hasnt been returned to my bank.. $20 an hour? LOL

I order a Double Western Burger on sourdough Bread on the drive thru, got home and it was a single Burger, i drove back 8 mins and talk to Adrian about it, he needs more training on how to be serious about his job role, he was giggling as he ask the cook to make my double, if he would've offer me maybe some free crisp cut fries i would've forgave him, the Burger was Fire as usual but this guys service was a joke, and y'all want to get paid $$$ can even get a Double Wester on sourdough correct, Order# 287175, Cashier Yesenia, 11/2/2023 @ 5:55:29 p.m. , please Train him, he needs it.

Wow! I’ve never had a GOOD experience at Carls Jr. Usually the food is cold, service is awful and they are always super selfish - no extra lettuce, no extra tomorrows unless u pay out the nose.Not here, the food was hot, they gave me extra veggies on my burger and the two employees DRE AND MIKE - where so nice and accommodating.Impressed.Vegetarian options: Beyond burger- thank you!

Since they change their management in this place customer service went down hill that girl sara so rude no customer service in here bones at all the older lady with the glasses rude i think they need more kiosk so you can place your order and don't have to deal with bad attitudes.
