“First time visiting. Went on a Monday night around 6pm. Friendly staff and quick service. My French fries at the few Canes that I have been to these past few months this restaurant includes have not been freshly prepared; its tastes like the fries been sitting for a while before been served. The environment is very welcoming with plenty of sitting. I highly recommend for families with little kids.“
“I always come to eat el pollo loco for dinner after work the night employees are amazing recently every time I've been going to order my food they always seem so short staffed but some how the manager and employees working still manage to try to get your order out as fast as possible! And to keep their lobby clean! And give the best service“
“I don't speak Spanish, but the lady who was in charge seemed rude in how she spoke to other workers. A family walked in, who was Spanish speaking while she was talking to her crew members. The family could understand what she was saying and appeared to be taken aback at what she said. The manager turned around, did not welcome them to the store, or say hello. She just looked at them. She took her food and walked away. Sat down and ate. It was a very awkward interaction. The young people were polite, but she, as the lead/manager, should lead by example being courteous to customers and respectful to her coworkers. It was really weird. I couldn't understand their words, but their body language was loud and clear. That was not a comfortable work environment. But the biscuits were so good and fresh. For us to have been there at 8 pm, it tasted as if they were fresh out of the oven.“
