They forgot the cheese on my jumbo jacks, they also forgot to give us dipping sauce for the chicken and the chicken was really overcooked. This was however a busy night and I have worked enough customer service to know that some nights are just off. Will definitely give them another try later on. Staff was very friendly and had no problem accommodating me after I came inside to sort out the issue with the food.

Fast food? More like SLOW FOOD! I placed a mobile order with the app to get a $0.90 discount on tacos while my friends simultaneously ordered at the counter. App said it would take 7-9 minutes. 20 minutes later, I finally got my food. My friends not only got their food, but they also completely finished it before I even got mine. And, to add insult to injury, they also messed up my order & didn’t include the right sauces I asked for. This place is a joke!

They're still charging for ranch even when you spend $20. Swore them off for a brief period and now they just charged my delivery driver for 1 ranch after I spent another $20. Hope what you saved is worth it!

Went thru the drive thru on a rainy day, needing something hot to eat for lunch. The drive thru had just one car ahead of me, service was quick! The girl at the drive-thru window was nice and efficient. But wait...was it quick because they served me an old burger?! Yes! I asked for jumbo jack, no cheese. I received a barely warm jumbo jack with cheese, and sloppily put together, I might add. That sandwich was a HUGE disappointment.

We drove thru and ordered munchie meals. We didn't get the tacos and had to get out of our car to ask for them. They had to flip through their orders to make sure we had ordered that because the meals weren't in the boxes but in bags so they just looked like combos. They also didn't give us a receipt (our fault for not making sure they gave it to us) so we couldn't PROVE what we ordered. Anyway, it was just inconvenient as we were trying to make our way through on our road trip. The Jacking the Box we usually go to is much better, so you can't win them all.
First time being at this location and the only thing good was the drive thru cashier. The food (supreme breakfast croissant) was as if it was run over by a dirty tire twice then left in a puddle to dry. My stomach convinced me to take at least 2 bites and now we're not on good terms. This is just sad. Look at the pic. Very disappointed. If this passes as edible then I don't recommend going here. Smh

Got the regular chicken sandwich. Which after all my questions the cashier started calling it the small chicken patty. Which by George it was. To make me feel better I asked for the sauce from the Kluck chicken sandwich and pickles I guess that made it better. It was free of charge. Whole sandwich was Less than $3 so if on a budget it works. Next time I don't think I will ask for the sauce but maybe pickles again.
