Walked in to pick up dinner to go, at 5:09 PM on 4/19/24. We were helped by a strapping young man by the name of Tobi (at least that’s the name that’s on our receipt). He was so polite, professional and helpful. Just filled with positive and welcoming vibes. Being honest, this world would be a much better place if everyone in it were a little more like Tobi. Thank you!

I was disappointed with my visit. I was told that it would be a 15 minute wait for original fried chicken. After waiting 25 minutes in my car outside, I went inside and the order taker seemed to have forgotten about me and finally gave me my chicken. She did seem apologetic; however, waiting that long for chicken is unacceptable and if I had not prepaid, I would have left. The chicken was good and fresh, which it should have been after waiting so long for it to be freshly prepared.

Every time my family decides to give this place another try they always fail. Never have anything in stock. How are you a chicken store with no chicken!? Don’t bother using the useless app. Ordered our food only to arrive and be told they don’t have the chicken for our order. They can’t provide a refund and the useless app doesn’t help so now I’m going to have to call the following day to maybe get a refund for items we never got. Save yourself the time and just never come here. The lady at the window was nice though.

Nothing like going to an empty KFC on a Sunday and being told all they had left were wings… and if I want Crispy I’ll have to wait 20mins… sorry I’m not paying $38 for (12) tiny wings. Try harder or close up shop.

Nothing like ordering food in the app waiting on on it to be done just for them To say they don't have enough for your order then tell you it was cancelled so I got to go home with no food and no way to prove I didnt get my order. Just the. Saysong they should refund you.

Food was good and staff was friendly. However, the guest area was a bit dirty. Tables hadn't been cleaned for who knows how long. My chair was sticky, like soda had spilled on it once upon a time and was never properly cleaned.

I've always liked the pot pie..but tonightwe waited 15 min. for them to be made. So I agree to wait in my car for them to bring them to me. So ready for the beautiful full chicken and veggies full of gravy perfect crust, golden..yum.. Really? They were both slanted pies empty so disappointing what happened to the feeling what happened to a plump pot pie and two biscuits two sodas $17 for empty pot pies ridiculous how could this happen!! You could tell they dropped him or something the crust was totally to once all off on one side where's the rest of this pie I'm so depressed and disappointed. I was so hungry ready for this great smelling pie...I'm so bummed out!! My grandson and I looked at each other and said what is this what happened they gave that tipped over and emptied out and they still sold them. What is up with that?!

This has got to be the worse customer service KFC of all. I ordered a bucket of chicken and two pot pies. I waited 35 minutes before I tried to pick it up. Even though it was supposed to be ready in 20 minutes. I was then told nothing was ready. They had no pot pies and it would take 30 minutes to be ready. Well if they would have started making them when the order came in, they would’ve been ready. They weren’t busy not a single car or customer was there. I was told they were under staffed but there was 5 people there and only a guy washing dishes was actually doing anything. I would love to give a negative rating but I had to give a 1 star

Usually the food here is ok, today was an unfortunate exception. My husband stopped in and picked up food to bring home. What we received was over-cooked, too dry to eat chicken with burned skin, which makes me wonder why they even put it in the box to give to customers. We won't be back.
