This Papas is great! Service, food, and price are some of the best. Last night had a good pizza just not the way I ordered it. The new call center has a kink or two? But a big Thank You to the manager on the phone today who took his job serious and gave the best customer service! Look forward to our next pizza at PJ's!!

As a regular customer of Papa John's, I have noticed a clear pattern of terrible behavior from the staff. The drivers are not only rude and disrespectful towards customers, but also towards their own lady manager and the male manager. It is shocking to see how they blatantly disobey their them. What's worse is that they often make the lady manager do their work while they sit back and relax. And when it's time to clock out, they always leave early claiming they don't have enough hours, but then complain about their hours and lack of money. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the overall reputation of Papa John's. It is high time for the management to take strict action against these employees and ensure that their staff is trained to provide excellent customer service and follow company policies with integrity. Customers should not have to deal with such terrible behavior when trying to enjoy a meal at Papa John's. Immediate measures need to be taken to improve the work ethic of the staff and maintain a respectful and efficient work environment. I'm sincerely disappointed in the way the higher ups don't do anything but sit back?! Do you not care for your own people or your money I personally dislike that type of laziness and disrespect towards your own workers and your own company it is revolting to see!This wonderful kind lady who has been doing the boxing of the pizza has been through a lot of mental stress I feel for her! And the male manager!

The food was very delicious. Service was awesome. She was very attentive to our unusual order. We arrived on a Friday night late. They were swamped. We were not turned away due to their closing time.

Papa Johns is our go-to for indulging, we go all out for the stuffed crust! I keep it simple with my own Hawaiian style pizza: Canadian bacon, pineapple ?, pepperoncini peppers. Delicious! As for the location, easy freeway access, small place in a little plaza, homeless hangout at night tho. Staff was polite!

Think this will be my last order from PJ pizza. Order was 40-45 minutes late and was cold. I called and spoke to whomever was answering the phone and I got excuses and a sorry. When you pay 50 bucks for two pizzas, tax and delivery fee plus tipping the driver, your into the meal for 60 bucks. Sorry don't cut it. Been a long time customer. Ya just lost me

Always skimps on the toppings. Even when you pay for extra toppings they give you almost none! I paid for extra cheese and still had very little.

Decided to give papa John's a try and it was absolutely terrible. The boneless wings were inedible to say the least with a off putting chewy consistency. The pizza was undercooked when I specified I wanted well done. Sticking to Tuscanos and domenicos.
