I don't think I'm ever buying from this pizza hut. Last time I dinned in the tray smelled so bad like vomit, I think they don't wash the trays. Now with this experience I wonder how bad with mold is the fountain drink machine since most of the time is brokedown.

I stopped there because my buddy was getting something for his family I live alone and as far as something to eat for one person there it's not happening unless you want to pay $25 $30 so I didn't go there

Called in a simple order and it took two attempts bc the first lady that answered put me on hold when her math skills were questioned bc my order came to twice the price she quoted me, The second lady got the price right but she could not confirm availability of the soft drinks that I wanted. I held my tongue and hoped for a good overall experience, and that is what I got. Food was hot and yummy, and the store was popping when I picked it up being that it is SuperBowl Sunday. Kudows to the employees working so hard today. I will go back but I will avoid calling in my order from now on.

Ordered pizza and got to my house within the determined time but one of my pizzas were cold and cheese was hard. None of the slices were “attached” to each other like how normal pizzas are. Like it had been put back together. Not to mention one of the slices was missing a crust which was very odd.
We had not been in a sit down pizza hut in years, we were happy to find one, we went inside and the middle had all the chairs up as if they were closed, but they said they were open for 3 more hours, you have to go to the counter to order and pay, the cashier had sales but couldn't enter them so we paid regular price. Our food came out in to go boxes, I had to ask for plates as none were given. Missed the red cups, we were given to go paperclips for drinks, the napkins no longer have the pizza hut logo on them.I was told breadsticks were coming and they never did, at the end of our meal I had to ask for a refund. The staff really needs training, and the place should have been cleaned.
