Hole in the wall gem!!! Fast friendly service from 2 amazing women... food was amazing. And they have white menudo!!! Way to go! Will be coming many more times to try EVERYTHING...

We were coming off a big hike and were very hungry and had actually Yelp'd to another close by location, but it was more fast-foody than we were hoping for, so we quickly Yelp'd again and found this spot not even 1/4 mile away. Very pleasant staff from the our entry and thru the entire visit. In most Mexican spots, you'll get the chips and salsa asap and this is pretty telling of the food it's preceding, but not so much here. The chips and salsa were basic at best; nothing memorable and we didn't even finish them, which for me is odd because I can plow 2-3 baskets. However, the entrees we ordered were very tasty. They do takeout and dine-in and when I got my burrito it was wrapped in foil like it was to go, so the presentation for dine-in was very lackluster, but at least the flavor delivered. My friends plate had a much better visual presentation. Restrooms are outside and while the parking lot is big, the parking spaces are angled, which would make you think you went out the other side, but there is no other side, and you go out the same way you entered.

I asked for a carne asada burrito with beans and no tomato when I got home it was full of tomato and I could not eat it.Dietary restrictions: I can't eat anything tomato or spicy
I moved to Banning 3 years ago and have been driving to Mo Val and Riverside to find Mexican food I like. Well, the drives are over! I got the chicken enchiladas and a carne asada burrito and have to say these enchiladas were some of the bests I have ever tasted, the burrito was also very good. Rice and beans were a treat also, I will be coming back real soon!!

Like going to abulitas! Real delicious home cooking. Large portions. Carnitas are excellent. Service is always friendly. Place is kept very clean.

my parents went there for dinner and my dad asked the waitress to leave the meat from the guarache uncut. well he got the bill and they added $4.99 extra for the meat! and keep in mind the guarache had no meat! that was not the issue when my dad asked the waitress she gave me dad an attitude and aggressive attitude towards my elderly parents!!! I just wish i could have been there to put her in place and teach her how to treat people with respect!! her name Fabiola! horrible service!

Banning has a little hidden gem and it is a must stop if you're in or passing by Banning! I had the caldo de res and it took me back to Mexico. Full of flavor and very authentic. Everyone's dish at the other tables look so delicious too.Very clean. It won't disappoint.
