I love that Anel the manager knows my name, I love that Mia the barista remembers my drink and the staff as a whole are extremely kind and considerate. This is my home ? away from home!
I went to get my pickup order and my drink was accidentally made cold. Normally I would just take it, but it was pretty cold outside and wanted a warm drink. I let the very tall gentleman named Andrew know and he said he would remake it no problem. As soon as he did, I proceeded to accidentally knock it over and spill the entire thing!
