I had the absolute pleasure of visiting Jitters Coffee Shop in Banning, and it was truly a delightful experience! Upon my visit, I had the pleasure of meeting Junior, who skillfully crafted the most amazing drinks that left me in awe. Not only were the beverages top-notch, but the atmosphere at Jitters was nothing short of happy and joyful. The positive energy and welcoming vibes made my visit even more enjoyable. If you ever find yourself passing through Banning, Jitters Coffee Shop is definitely a must-stop destination. You won't be disappointed by the excellent drinks and the warm, inviting ambiance. Just thinking about it puts a smile on my face!

SUPER RUDE AND CONFRONTATIONAL MALE BARISTA WITH FACE tattoo recently went in to grab a quick snack before work and when i entered i was greeted with a "hi good morning" so i looked around to locate where it came from so i can greet them back, and was meet with a man with face tattoos telling again "i said hello good morning can you acknowledge me like im a human being" in an incredibly condescending and aggressive tone. I was taken back at his aggressiveness because i was just trying to see where the voice came from but instead he assumed i was being rude and was incredibly confrontational about it. i ended up just muttering good morning back to him because i was a bit intimidated and it was just a lot of negativity to have been meet with in the morning. he then proceeded to ask me "what do you want?" which again just was not the kind of service a coffee shop should want to employ. i know working in coffee shop can be stressful as i have worked for a big chain before, but that attitude was just so disgusting and disarming and honestly if you're that aggressive and negative at work to your customers it's time find a new job. maybe one where you don't have to work with people. super rude and after looking in help i've seen other people have had similar negative expierences with this employee so im not sure why he's still working there. also the food was nothing special, pretty sure all their pastries are from costco.

This is by far,,the worst place to go for coffee,,the place is so run down and dirty, and it does not even smell like coffee, the pastries, look so old and out of date,,but the worst thing,,is the service,,the little tattooed guy, he is so rude, very bad customer service .if he is not happy working there, why is he??.. I will never go there, this queer guy, needs to have some etiquette on what customer service is all about

I ordered coffee online and the pickup was during business hours. Tell me how they are closed and the phone is disconnected?

I was so amazed by the barista Junior! He was such a good host. The iced chai tea coffee tasted great. I will definitely be coming here again and recommending my friends over here.

The atmosphere inside was nice, there is an antique upright piano and some guy was playing his electric guitar to Hotel California in the corner. But the coffee, which was the reason I went in, left much to be desired. I dont know why they have someone making cappuccinos who doesn't know how to make them. When I got in my car and opened the cup, it was half empty. The milk hadn't even been frothed correctly. Very disappointing.

We are visiting the area from out of state and are always looking for great coffee shops. We have been here two times. Both times Junior was working, he was very nice and professional. This would be our go-to coffee shop if we lived here.

It says it's open until 3 pm and went there on a Sunday. They are close There's not even a sign to show their business hours.

Great service, great coffee and great food! Our second time here and it really has that small town coffee shop vibe. The only complaint was from my wife who regretted not bringing a book to read because it’s such a cozy and warm environment. She does not want to leave but we have things to do today ?

The nice man open the door for me when I arrived and they let me use my own cup! I just ate this Nutella puff pastry that’s like so good and my latte was lit. Mainly though I just really like the build in g there’s couches and two big room with nice ceilings. Great place to do
