The cashier was super rude, the place was full, and she was rude to everybody, until a customer yelled at her and put her in her place.The food it’s good but if you have an employee that gives that kind of customer service to your customers . Honestly no one will come back even if the food it’s good.The location it’s perfect, but the cashier makes a bad energy to this place.I recommend to the owner , to remove that person and hire a person who respect customers and give friendly service.You should check the Camera to see her customer service.Horrible service, she contaminate the environment.Thank you to the customer who yelled at her.She deserved the same treatment as she treats customers.I hope she learn something today.Karma exist!

Food was good, but two customers were blasting videos out of their cell phones while they were eating. I moved away from one...So rude!Noisy and a really annoying way to spend my lunchtime.

Dumplings are inconsistent here. That's all I ever get. A quick little snack before work or after and it's been good lately until the last two times I've gone. Not sure if it's a new person on the grill or just being lazy but as you see in the pictures it's pretty bad.The dumplings sometimes have little pieces of char on them I usually just flick off which is fine. Lately they've been consistent and clean and no need to. But the last two times I've gone they were pretty bad. Like bad bad. Just after 2020 covid it was always bad but since have fixed the issue until recently again. Here I'll show you.As you see in the picture it looks like they were not on a clean grill and just dumped on the grill with old crusty crumbs still on it. Lots of burnt bits on the dumplings and to top it off a big Ole piece of burnt something was picked up from probably in a crevice of the grill where nothing gets cleaned and placed in the container for extra flavoring lol. Why do that? Just clean the grill and stop being lazy.

The rice & chicken bowl got me sick w/ Nausea & head ache I felt like throwing up but I managed not toAbout 10 mins after I was done eatingNot sure if it was slightly under cooked. I will probably stay away from this joint .

Bad service, lazy! Came in a half hour before closing, still had 18mins left when I got my plate, and asked if I could have a seat and eat since they aren't closed. Was told sternly "no" "walk in only" finished my meal in my car and came back in to throw away my trash and get the napkins I still needed. Lame! If they had a worse product this place would go out of business fast...

Bella was the sweetest ever!! She was so helpful and attentive. The food was great, the steak was tender just like she said and very flavorful. The place is clean and the kitchen looks clean as well!! Very important!!!

I ordered a tray of Steak that costs $64. The amount of steak inside the test is exactly half amount of a tray. They gave us less meat, for "$64" meat, it is very expensive. I have been buying a tray of Steak in a different locations and this is the only location (Banning, CA) that gives less meat. Ridiculous! Wasted my gas and money.

It's an unfortunate "store policy" that you will not allow a child to use the restroom because they are not a "customer". I was a loyal customer to the Waba grill brand for a decade or more. Due to this incident I will not give my hard earned money to the brand and will advise others to stay clear of the brand as well. The employees working at this location refused to allow my child to use the restroom because he was not a customer. The restrooms are code restricted for customers only, the code is printed on the bottom to the receipt. I politely asked the employee if my son could use the restroom and was told I needed to have a receipt. I walked out. Thank you to another couple who had their receipt and walked out to offer me the code so that my son could use the restroom, upon re-entering the store we were stopped by a different employee and asked "if we had made a purchase?" I proceeded with "no" and they insisted that my son could not use the restroom because we didn't make a purchase. So the bottom line is Waba grill declined to allow my 6 year old son to use the restroom because he didn't make a purchase. Thank you to the nice lady who offered us the code from the bottom of the receipt, we need more people like you.
