Ok let’s be honest, fast food is just food that is fast. Food wasn’t half bad. Mac and cheese bites were pretty shocking. Pretty solid snack for the drive. Fries were actually perfect. Service is what made me give it 4 stars. Staff very friendly and watched them deal with fussy people with patience of a saint.

This Arbys was very understaffed when I visited. Its a shame owners force management to keep labor costs so low. The product and experience suffer. Owners need to do better.

Probably my favorite fast-food 'restaurant'. Everything I've tried here has been very good. I've enjoyed the Brisket, all three Gyros, most Market Fresh sandwiches, and of course their classic roast beef & chedder. Today, I had classic roast beef & chedder with French Fries, both served hot (fries served hot a rarity at most fast-food restaurants, always hot at this (Barstow/Lenwood) restaurant). Tasty food, served hot, courteous employees, always got my orders right, don't think they've ever over-charged me (not like many other fast-food restaurants), and I've gotten sick from anything I've eaten here (a BIG plus!
On our way to Vegas and everyone wanted to stop by at another restaurant a few doors down; you know the one you go in n out... :)I was really craving a gyro and there are not a lot of Arby's near our house, any more, so I walked over to grab the lamb gyro. It was worth it. Also, noticed that while ordering the app they had a special where you can buy a classic special for $2. That is a temp deal for the app only but I know my wife will love it later. The place was pretty busy and the gal taking our orders was very nice and moving orders quickly.

We ordered 3 burgers, chicken nuggets and curly fries. Had our food in 5 min. We had doubts but still was like oh maybe they are really fast. But nah food was cold soo stiff and oily cause it was refried. We are from Canada was driving through the city and stopped omg biggest mistake. Threw away the entire meal. They did gave us fresh fries after mentioning.

We did a pick up of our app order. They will honor the 2 for $5 but only through the app so order from the parking lot or 5 minutes out and then go inside to pick up your order once they email you that your order is ready. We love the roast beef sandwiches but there are no Arby's near us. The closest is the one in Hollywood or the one out in Ontario somewhere. This place is at the end of the exit near the outlets. Plenty of parking and they have a wheel chair accessible entrance.

I’ve been coming here for years. Now I’ll never step foot here again based on my experience. First they didn’t have mozzarella sticks, then they gave me a beef and cheddar that was just beef, hardly any cheddar. So I kindly ask if she can add more cheddar. She turns around to the cook and goes “Rosa or (whatever), she wants more cheddar” mind you im a male. So they just give me a side of cheddar in a can lol. No apology or wanting to make a new one . So I quietly returned to my table and began eating my garbage food with flies flying around and no customers. F$$k this location and their depressed Barstow living issues.

Stopped to get something to eat real quick, went to the drive thru and women working was very nice & quickly got our food to us.
