Really cool place to stop it’s a gift shop and a food court where you can dine in the rail cars at the station. It us historically significant because it is where old steam engines stopped to refill the water tanks. Most of the dining cars are old fashioned rail cars on the outside but brand new on the inside. Just a fun place to stop and get souvenirs and take a break and eat while on the road.
This is a very unique place to visit. You can feel the history. Variety is the key. Subway, Pandas Express, McDonald's,A place to get the best jerky I have ever tasted and I mean ever. However, there's a hidden gem waiting for you. The best damn bakery on the planet. There has to be a family recipe book ? because I have never experienced anything close. I think my favorite is the chocolate ? fudge. However they have candy sticks ? these are the ones that made Willy Wonka jealous....read full review

Anytime I travel from LA to Vegas I have to stop here! It’s perfect to get out of the car, stretch your legs, use the restroom and grab something to eat before you head back on the highway. Plenty of food choices as well including a McDonald’s, subway, Panda Express, wetzels pretzels and not to mention convenient stores and souvenirs. The McDonalds that actually uses train cars for the restaurant is what they are known for.
