Honestly, I'd give this place a 4.7 out of 5. The service is pretty nice and the food is quite delicious. The atmosphere is pretty good, but sometimes (rarely) there's a bit of a mess. The employees are nice and friendly. There can be a bit of a wait sometimes for service because of how often people crowd the place, but other than that I love this restaurant!!!Vegetarian options: There are a few vegetarian options and they're really good.Parking: There is parking, but a lot of the time people park in the hotel parking lot (it's literally a few feet away from chilli's parking lot) since it's convenient.Kid-friendliness: Employees usually interact with kids with a simple "Hi" or "Hello". There are tablets on tables that come with a variety of games and artistic apps to play. They are not free, you have to pay for your kid to play them.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a wheelchair entrance, and an area to sit.

Excellent service. The lady quickly sorted us out. We arrived as a group without a booking, we had seats and food was fantastic. Got extra discount on top of that.

Our friends and my hubby and myself stoped for a quick dinner. Our waitress came over and introduced herself and talked with us and answered questions. She was a FANTASTIC WAITRESS !!! She had an AWESOME PERSONALITY! So pleasant , funny , and she was very efficient!!! She made our visit there one of the best times going to a restaurant!! I want to THANK her for being who she is !! Definitely my kind of waitress ! I love bubbly and happy people !! And waitresses that go above and beyond what they are expected to do ! Thank You RIMA for a wonderful experience at Chilis !!!YOU ARE THE BEST !!!!!

If you’re here in the reviews section looking for the, “Social media influencers made me go back to Chili’s for the first time in 15 years and I’m glad they did” post … this is it. This Chili’s is probably the cleanest chain restaurant I have ever been to. Hostess was lovely and welcoming into the restaurant. Our server was great and we never had to ask for a thing, she was always one step ahead with napkins, refills, etc.I got the sampler and yes the boneless wings are awesome. Drinks were great, entrees were great and hot and we somehow got out of there for $60+additional tip which for dinner and drinks for two is great for us.

I always stop here on my way to/from Las Vegas/San Diego. Tesla charging stations are right next to the restaurant. Cold drinks, hot food and bathroom are welcome when traveling. Service is always friendly and good.
Every time we stop here it’s the same. Food is ok but takes 45 min to get it with only 20% capacity in the restaurant so it’s slow even. Service really bad they never come and check on you and when they do they never bring anything you ask for so we just end up not eating and wasting money. Worse Chili’s location by

Chili's was our old after work spot to ear, relax, and have fun. Haven't been here in a while, but it was enjoyable.Service was a little slow, but after waiting a while, a guy showed up that wasn't a waiter but helped start our order. Wasn't that many customers, so I am not sure why there was a wait, maybe shift change ...Anyways, the appetizers were, ok as you see in the picture the plate was way bigger than the serving size. I did eat two before this picture, but still... lol those were the southwest rolls.I had the three meat Fajita, meat was good, shrimp was ok, the chicken had no flavor, and the veggies were soft and oily. The small bowl of beans was actually pretty good! I also ordered a corn on the Cobb on the side, but to make it really tasty, ask for the butter and a side of their southwest chili sauce! Tried to make it like a street elote, so I worked with what they had.The wife's liked her salad, I forgot which one it was.Drinks were great, my wife liked the triple tequila drink they had, and drinks have always been good at this Chili restaurant.Recommend Happy Hour, and drinks are cheap and good. I will still go here, but I will definitely try a different dish.
