I had never been here before. I was on a road trip and just wanted to stop to use the restroom and get a cup of coffee. They told me they don't sell coffee, despite the fact that the word coffee is in their name. So I got an Americano which is practically the same thing. There are no restrooms.

I can’t even try it the drive thru sucks. The line is so SLOW I had to back out and leave twice. The first time the line didn’t move for 10 minutes. The second time I only waited 5 minutes and there was no movement so I left again because I didn’t want to risk someone getting behind me and blocking me in for half an hour. I would love to try it but I always have some place I need to be and don’t have time to wait that long.

Best Dutch Bros in the desert. For some reason there is never a line so hopefully they are doing well enough to stick around. It’s about 5 miles farther to this location but worth it for the experience. Great drinks, great service.Parking: Usually pretty slow and easy to find parking.Kid-friendliness: Lots of non caffeine options for the kiddos.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access for wheelchairs.

I love dutch bros. Although whenever I come to this location I always have a big gap in my cup. I always order a large vampire slayer lite ice. If you ever get ice, half of your cup is filled with ice, so in order to get the most of my drink & money I order lite ice. Anyhow, at this location specially Barstow on Main, I always end up with a big gap in my cup as if I got a medium in a large cup. I spoke to the assistant manager & expressed my issue. Her response was to make a complaint to corporate so the other dutch bros that don’t short me on my drink when I order lite ice can short me like they do. For one, on this visit I paid an extra $2 to cover for the gap. I didn’t fill like getting half a drink. After paying I learned I paid the $2 for an extra rebel, which I wasn’t asking for an extra energy drink. They can fill the big gap up with the juice they put in my drink. I don’t understand why they can’t figure that out, instead of having an attitude of “That’s how we do it here”. Charging me more money & Not trying to find a solution.

The way the drive thru is set up is VERY ANNOYING. My last few times through Barstow they served customers who arrived after me frst. I don't blame the employees because there is no way for them to tell who arrived first. Today I drove off without ordering. The way the drive thru is set up at the Rainbow location in Vegas annoys me too. 3 stars because I Iike their cooperate culture. From CO to CA the emplyees are always cool.

First time trying Dutch Bros, the staff coming out to take your drive through order was a nice touch. Unfortunately only a fraction of the menu us posted on the board so it's hard to know thier offerings if you're a rookie customer.The mocha was delicious!
