Ordered a specialty smoothie and tea combo with a house blend protein coffee. Also ordered an Acai bowl and a macadamia waffle. The Acai bowl tasted a little bit light, I am used to it with a little bit of a stronger flavor. The waffle had the right amount of crisp. The specialty smoothie tasted well made. It definitely was not as sweet as blended drinks in other places, but that was to be expected as it was designed to be healthier. The house blend protein coffee was also good. The service was fast and friendly, and the design of the place was unremarkable.

If you're looking for something healthy this is the place for drinks and a quick snack. I workout 5 days a week, when I feel ran down and my body is about to just give out for the day after a good workout the drinks in here will re-energize you. I had a shake and a tea, I felt so refreshed and energized it was actually amazing.

Don't know why it has taken me so long to write a review because I come here so often. The people that work there are ALWAYS friendly and not just cause I go there often but anyone else who comes in gets a friendly greeting. Mind you this is a health food place so you will get protein in your drink. I bring up that point because I've seen some complain about it when the whole point of the business is protein shakes and energy teas.

It's a family run business and the two gals running the shop were friendly, helpful, and kind. Based on my preferred palate, we picked the coconut macchiato smoothie with an iced chai tea (comes with the smoothie). They were PERFECT, high protein, on a hot day, not too sweet. Definitely, bringing my son by on the way home. And will try to hit this special place every time we pass through Barstow. Loved it.

This place is awesome! We stopped on the way to Vegas from Bakersfield. My hubby got the thin mint protein shake with the chai tea. Yum! I got he protein coffee and it was great! Def will be stopping on the way home.
