I got a coffee in a dirt Cup! ?? That why service has only 2 stars. The Place was really dirt on the floor (never seen something like that in any one SBShop before). NO MORE ELECTRIC plugs available (they covered them with a plaque... Really?) Only few tables available, Just like horses drink you coffee standing. What Is that? I am expecting not to see anynore this brand in this Place in the next months ...Wheelchair accessibility: Yes

We’ve been to this Starbucks several times in the past couple of years. It needs a remodel asap!Bathrooms are scary to be honest. None of the locks work. Soap dispenser is barely functioning.

I was at the store ordered 2 drinks and gift cards. I waited for the drinks 30 minutes. Apparently the order never got printed out. One of the drinks was small size instead of venti size. I saw barista taking that small drink putting in a venti cup and adding a cup of ice. The drinks were tasteless I got it as treat for my team. Second drink had also a lot of ice and it was not filled to the top it was filled a little higher than 3/4 of the venti cup.
The server tried to kill me. She put too much caffeine in my drink, and my heart was racing. Never again. People be careful.

It’s ridiculous that I had to wait 6 cars before ordering and once I order they tell me they don’t have change for 100 it’s 1:15pm with no change always the same thing they either run out drink syrup for toppings horrible
