This is a disaster, thanks to the atrocious behavior of their barista, Aylcia. Ordered two mango dragon fruit lemonades with extra infusions, one light iced and another one no iced, but received drastically different drinks in color and taste. When I pointed it out, Aylcia was rude, dismissive, and outright ignored me. She said color difference is because of ice and it’s exactly the same. However, one without iced was missing extra infusions. when I requested the missing mango dragon fruit infusion, Aylcia begrudgingly tossed it onto the table without a word of apology or explanation, displaying utter contempt for customer service. The worst service I've ever encountered. Steer clear until they clean up their act and replace Aylcia.
