3/9/24I put in an order on the app and went in to pick the food up. The kids working there said they were out of the food we ordered. So I asked for a substitute for whatever they didn’t have. The boy said he didn’t know how to do that. So I had to explain that I’ll take something else. He got an attitude and instead of slapping the boy I asked for my money back. They said they don’t know how to do that. To call customer support. There is no customer support number. So I’m headed back up there in an hour. Either I’m getting my money back or I’m going to jail.

had the worse experience here yesterday.The employees all seem high as a kite. it took one of the gentlemen there almost ten minutes to make my sandwich. I will not be coming here again and i will urge whoever i can to stay away. On top of the slowness due to being under the influence (totally my assumption) they kept looking at each other and smiling and smirking. It made me believe something was wrong with the food. It was three employees there and another just slammed the remaining tomatoes into the other ones. It was by far the most cringiest and worse experience ever. If i could give no stars, I would.

This place is sucks these girl is stupid. I order veg sandwich Thers non veg customer front on me she don’t change thé gloves same gloves for veg or non veg. Tomato is smelling bad I mean even dog can’t eat. Pls don’t go here.

Stop by to get something quick to eat and use the restroom. The restrooms were really gross and dirty. I asked the manager if anyone could clean, which they refused. Anita, the manager, will not have anyone clean due to a rule they have with the other store. The three employees there throwing and slamming the lids all around while making our subs, all while having just two customers.

I will be coming back. The service was great, food delicious, and location just down the street. Couldn't have been better.
Super rude about all aspects of the service. Counting her money and making everyone wait without acknowledging what she was doing and when I ask she told me I could leave. They then ganged up on me and would not tell me the store managers name. They gave me the look when I wanted my wrap cut in half. I had been eating at this location often. But no more.

10 out of 10, used the online app to take advantage of the BOGO and ordered it in advance. Our order was ready, correct and nice and hot when we picked it up. I walked in to subway with a medium sized line ahead of me. The employee shouted she only had wheat bread, I normally eat Italian but fine. There was one person ahead of me and then when I step up she shouts I only have flat bread and wraps. Why have us wait in line if you knew yoh only had 1 loaf of wheat bread, waste of my time and poor communication.
