service was horrible from the moment we walked in. the guy making our sandwiches was rude & had poor customer service. when we asked questions he came back at us in a rude tone. he made the sandwiches fine, but the food quality was what threw us off. i currently have food poisoning from ordering the hotshot italiano. i wont be ordering from here again due to the poor quality of food as this has happened several times. i used to work for a different subway and it was dirty and disgusting but i never got food poisoning. idk how bad your place has to be to give people food poisoning but this one is just that bad i guess.

Subway is our "go to" road food. This one is inside a Pilot. The gas prices were reasonable and restrooms were clean.We arrived at noon on 9/17/23 and were warmly greeted at Subway. I should have gotten her name because she was a sweetie. We chatted while she made my sandwich and it was clear that she took pride in preparing good food and keeping everything clean. We put extra in the tip jar for creating a good customer experience.

Hard to get 5 ⭐️ from me but vegetables was so fresh I had so fresh like that 7 years ago when Subway was still really good with proportions and freshness ??
I went in to buy my sandwiches and I had 2coupons, before I bought anything I asked if I can use both they women there said yes. And as I was about to pay she changed her mind and said I can't use both coupons because it says 1coupon per customer, but I said it doesn't say that on the coupon, it just says NO specialty items, it didn't say anything about 1coupon per customer. She said our computer says 1coupon per customer, how am I supposed to know that. I don't think it's right to say you will use both coupons but then say NO when I'm about to pay. She was very rude to me, she wasn't wearing any gloves and had a bad attitude when and before I made my order. And to top it all off they only had 1 bread to choose from instead of the many they have, what are they doing when no customers are there, I know they are not preparing. Bad customer services. They are NOT representing the company they work for. I enjoy going to subway for friendly people n good atmosphere. Subway needs to put on the coupons 1coupon per customer so this doesn't happen to someone else
