Ordered three piece meal. However, I was only given two pieces. The tortillas were old, very dry like they had been left out or were yesterday's. The side of corn had a piece of chicken in the container! This USED to be a good place to eat. What happened El Pollo Loco?

We ordered a total of 12 tacos and 3 were left out. But when we went back the lady was super nice and said she had forgotten them. She gave us an extra one to make up. We weren't even mad.

What month do you turn the heat on? It's mid January and all your customers are eating with their coats on. Not to mention the food gets cold about half way through. I'll be back when it gets warmer.

Food is mid, the avocado on my taco salad was oxidated and just thrown in there, proportions were also low on sour cream etc... overall just mid service was mis too.

Worst ever.Went thru drive thru large soup was just horrible more broth a little over cooked dark meat chicken,the 12 piece chicken, only chicken was 30.00 wow for road kill very dry and so small,smaller then KFC ,I give KFC a better score and chicken bowls a waste,50.00 plus Dallars wasted haven't been their in many years and won't be again..
I always come to eat el pollo loco for dinner after work the night employees are amazing recently every time I've been going to order my food they always seem so short staffed but some how the manager and employees working still manage to try to get your order out as fast as possible! And to keep their lobby clean! And give the best service

I truly hate to leave a bad review but I can’t ignore it anymore. I give this El Pollo Loco chance after chance and I regret it each time. Their food is decent but the customer service is almost non existent. I’ve never been greeted walking into this establishment, you can feel the tension between the employees every time you walk through the door, and the general manager always to be in such a bad mood. Oh, and they seem to always forget something out of my order every time ??♀️
