Was there today for lunch. Come there for movie day. So it was busy, my waitress was great. She was working her buns off. Very kind and sweet. So we ordered our reg. The last time we were there a diff price Went from 15.99 to 19.99. Then the mozzarella cheese sticks smaller and more money. The cheese burger has changed The Patty's were like so thin. It's a shame. Because we used to enjoy going there. I know it's not the only place that has changed but across the board w be the same. It's to bad. But again waitress so sweet. Hard worker she is.

3 stars because they get a 50/50 for me..the last two times I've been here I've ordered the ribeye medium cooked and both times they've came out a little more on the medium well/well done side ehh it's okay no biggy. Service is typically fair nothing mind blowing but just enough to satisfy my soul. I've ordered fajitas before and had no issues, I guess they have chip managers that are tripping on asking to take extra home, shit I guess it's Chili's not Flemmings to each their own. Any ways; you can count on them for not missing the basics (fries, burgers, wings etc.) I don't know who's running the grill back there but easy on the cow bud.

I don't see why they have 2 stars but anyways, came here on a Friday place is clean with a good atmosphere.. our host was kind and seated my family of 3. I had 2 of the El Niños and they were good and did the job. We had the southwestern eggrolls which was my fave my husband had wings and the food came out quick and was hot fresh and delicious.. we also had the fajita trio which was enough to share and the dish was bomb.com steak was cooked right the beans was delicious and my daughter had the kids chicken crispers.. our waitress Francine was very attentive and nice and made sure we had everything that we needed. Highly recommend this chilis and we will definitely be back

So I decided to treat my boyfriend to a lovely birthday dinner. Upon arriving our table we were greeted with a server who decided to inform us that she was new and we needed to take it easy on her. We both looked confused and shocked because in my years of dining I have never had a server not act confident which I feel set the tone for our experience at this chilis. When she took our order she didn't bring us any plates napkins etc so when the food arrived we had nothing we tried to hunt her down but was nowhere to be found so we had no choice but to ask another server to bring us plates and etc. we both ordered there signature dish which is the fajitas. My bf ordered double steak and I ordered chicken shrimp and steak it wasn't even edible the cook overcooked the steak that was like chewing leather. We had to send all the food back and speak to a manager. When we told her our experience she looked confused like our complaint was not valid. We told her we didn't want any food because we were that disgusted I would think at that point the manager should have done way more than comp us the fajitas our entire meal should have been comped. Our server had an attitude and constantly asking for her to do her job. I have never in my years of dining and also being a former server I have always left at least some tip but with the lack of respect and her horrible attitude I left no tip. Also they always sing happy birthday and make people feel special and it was my bf birthday and we didn't get that kind of treatment so it's safe to say we will never be back. We are also local residents . It's a shame! If we were treated with some level of respect 1 I wouldn't wright this review or make our experience go viral. Chilis do better and hire cooks who know how to make fajitas it's not hard!

I hadn't visited this chili spot in person for a while, but last night I was craving their fried mozzarella, so I convinced my dad to join me. We arrived around 8 pm and were greeted warmly; the staff let us choose our own seating. It was quite busy, so it took a while before our waitress had a moment to stop by our table.For appetizers, we ordered the chips and salsa and the triple dipper with mango habanero bone-in wings, fried mozzarella, and southwestern egg rolls. For our main entrées, my dad got the smokehouse combo with ribs, chicken quesadillas, and Nashville hot crispers, while I opted for the fajita trio, which included steak, chicken, and shrimp. I also ordered the molten chocolate cake to-go for dessert.The appetizers were decent; the egg rolls were crispy on the outside and tender inside, and the fried mozzarella was as delicious as ever. The chips and salsa were also satisfactory for a chain restaurant. However, the wings were dry, and while the sauce had a nice sweet flavor, it didn't help with the dryness. My dad enjoyed some items in the smokehouse combo, especially the ribs and corn on the cob. However, he wasn't impressed with the chicken quesadillas or the bland crispers, which lacked salt and spice.When my fajita plate arrived, it was sizzling, but upon touching the chicken, I found it was cold. The steak was overcooked and tough, so I ended up taking it home for my dogs. The shrimp was the only thing I found palatable, although it was still bland. I was disappointed that most of the food was mediocre at best, but I suppose that's to be expected from a chain restaurant. At least the service was good, and I enjoyed the dessert.

the food is always good i recomend the wings with their ranch is great but when i had went yesterday i waiter had told me that they have seen a rat in the kitchen and they never called pest control or even shut down the place and o had asked other people and they said nobody told them and i still had to pay for my food

This is my second time at this location and I highly prefer it than the San Bernardino location. Food is always good. We have gotten good waitresses as well.

This evening's meal from Chili's via DoorDash was a waste of money. The ribs were dry and tough. The broccoli was nearly half yellow and tasteless. The cost was close to $50 dollars and a terrible experience.
We went for an early dinner and were very pleased with the great service we had. Grace was our server and she couldn't have been any more nicer and attentive. We ordered from the 3 for me and we got the old timers burger and the crispy chicken sandwich. Our appetizers were a salad and the trio dip. As always a good experience. Nice atmosphere

Came to Chili's tonight for the hamburger special. The food was surprisingly delicious. Chips and salsa were good. The service was amazing. Anu was really pleasant and she did a fantastic job taking care of our needs. It's so nice to go into a restaurant and see younger people working as a team. Great job !

Every sauce is watered down, and the customer service isn't very good. The waiter looked annoyed to serve me and my family, and they gave us half of a chicken patty in the chicken sandwhich, which even the manager said was grossly cut on from the pre cut chicken slices. I am just not happy with the looks that I was given, and it took over 30 minutes to get us seated for a half busy restaurant.

This review is difficult. I was taken there for my birthday today by my two sisters they enjoyed the 6 ounce sirloin with mashed potatoes and broccoli, another with the bacon burger with french fries which they were very pleased with. I decided to try something different and I ordered the FajitaTrio with steak, shrimp, and chicken. I first asked the waitress if they could do it without the onions....no. When I got my plate it looked like I had a lot of steak and a lot of chicken but in looking beneath those items it was all onion. I had very little bell pepper, very few shrimp. The rice was under cooked hard and very greasy. It was pretty disappointing. Normally when you go out to eat I always have some to take home, unfortunately, today was not the case left it on the table
