Very unprofessional. The bag was not closed to prevent cross contamination. Food safety is a major problem at this location. We went to get the missing chips and the manager said " how dare you come here saying that my employee did not give you the chips"? We paid for them online using DoorDash. The manager says it is the DoorDash driver responsibility to make sure we had the chips. Which is not true. They need to make sure all food is in the bag and the bag needs to be closed....read full review
This subway is a joke! I believe in second chances and they proved themselves not worthy of my business anymore! Not only did they get my order wrong for a second time, They didn't even have the courtesy to call me to say "We're out of avocado and we also didn't add any extra vegetables that you ordered! Needless to say, Don't expect good customer service as I wasn't greeted or even acknowledged when I walked in. Thumbs down completely!!!
