03/09/24 came to subway at 8:55pm and google maps say they close at 10pm, so when me and my family parked our cars there was a employee who gestured to not come in, so I asked him why we can't come in he said that "he closes early and told us to leave. Foods okay Bigger dark lady gave me like the last quarter of an avocado into thin slices when i paid 1.45 for avocado on mine and i got like 10cents worth asked dor spinach and got lettuce along with it when i didnt ask for that

My friend and I both got subs from subway in Beaumont today and unfortunately, the bread was like day-old bread. It was dry it was crusty was really disappointing because they always had even better than the Banning subway.

This place needs better management...I go there in the morning for by Breakfast before work around 7:45 a.m...more often than not either no one has opened (7:00 am is when it should be open) or the doors are locked and no employee in sight. On top of that about half the time they don't have product and they say the truck is delivering this afternoon, only to come back the next day and still nothing... sometimes a few days.No way to run a business!!

I hate leaving bad reviews, but seriously, this place needs to get it together. Employee openly talking about how she hates working there, order was 20-minutes late without an apology, and cussing about how busy they were (like business is a bad thing). And when leaving, no "thank you" back after getting my late order. I understand food being late. No biggie. But not caring from the staff is another thing. And if you hate your job, you probably should look elsewhere for employment.Getting three stars only because food was good. Just hire better people with even a moderate work ethic.

Review is solely based on business hours. Said it opens at 7am, got here at 715am and it's closed. So annoying because we got off the fwy just to come to this location. Please update your business hours.

I went to subway on 6th st tonight around 6 and I order some food and the girl that was working there she did listen to me so I call when I got home and told them about it and they did not care all the girl on the phone said and what you want me to do

Went in ordered my food which was all frozen (all veggie containers were frozen) they are out of straws out of lids for the cups, sit down to eat my food to find a hair in my meat then have to listen to manager Emily talk about how she was late to work cause she was out drinking last night then another employee steps in to say "I'm gonna finish my cigarette first" then come in wash her hands clocks in and proceed to stand there and play with her hair for a solid 10 minutes now I see where the hair in my food came from then I get to listen to all the employees talk about how horrible of a job they have and how they hate it so much really I was just hungry I didn't want or need all that extra to go with my food if you need entertainment with your meal this is the subway for you if you want a good sandwich go to a different subway this one is full of ungreatful kids
