Service is poor at best due to lack of staff. Ownership is definitely cost conscious at customer satisfaction. This is not a derogatory review on store personnel, and the have to cope with the situation. Recently, I went there for a tuna sub, waited 20 minutes for the only employee to tend to 2 other customers. When he called upon me, I placed my order, and he immediately informed me that, “We are out of tuna.” I exited responding, “Thanks for wasting 20 minutes of my life.” No mas for there are other places near by.

They only had one employee with a line of 10ppl and 4 online orders, the guy working there was doing his best and letting everyone know it's gonna take a few minutes to help them and some people were walking out. I asked him how he takes his break or lunch with only him being there and he answered " I can't". This is not acceptable for any reason. After being a long-time customer of Subway this is the first location after living in 5 different states that I have seen only one guy at a location. Will be reporting this to the city.

Best order pick up experience. Thank you to the one who made my sandwiches. Also grateful for the extremely mint clean restrooms that were available upon arrival. Highly recommend.

My husband went to Subway at 890 Oak Valley Parkway in Beaumont, CA yesterday to get a sandwich around 1:30 pm. He was the 3rd person in line. After the 2nd person got his order, she stated that she had to go to lunch and didn't take his order. He couldn't believe it. He had to go elsewhere to get something. I wrote to the Subway Corporate Office this morning where I was thanked for my comments. I told them this kind of service was unacceptable and that my husband should receive, at the very least, a complimentary sandwich. Don't think we will return to this Subway anytime soon. Raise the minimum wage and look what you get!

Paid $3 extra on the app for double meat. Did not get it. Instead i got a dried out pathetic excuse for a philly cheesesteak sandwich. Contacted corporate to get my money back and Nicole Moss just said thanks for letting us know. No attempt to rectifiy it at all.

Awful. Employees are a joke. The website Says they close at 10pm. I show up at 9:10pm. The door is locked. I see people through the front door glass in the back talking but they can't be bothered to unlocked the door. I call the store, get cursed out by the long haired gentleman that I see answering the phone through the glass. I just hung up cause I'm not going to deal with someone that doesn't have any common courtesy for another human being. I dont talk to other human beings like that, so why would I take that. Forget ever going back to that store, let alone any other subway for that matter. I'm tired of dealing with custom service that has gotten so bad, their is no human decency. I am so bummed because Subway used to be my favorite sandwich place. Never again. Whoever ownership is needs to take a step back and do a better job at hiring because this is awful. $15 an hour for what?

This store is always out of half or more ingredients. Stuff is always broken. Or some reason they can't make the sandwich you order. Plus most (not all) of the employees are rude and act put off by you coming in to spend money at the establishment. Literally giving the customer attitude. Like it's the customers fault they are out of ingredients. If you dont like working there, go find a different job. Literally everyone is hiring out there. I have use this subway for over 8 years, but I am done. I will not be spending any more money at this store. Ps the manager has the biggest attitude of all.

This place is horrible. They had some young girl who didn't know what she was doing working in the store by herself. I walked in and there was no one else in the store. She said she was gonna have to make me wait because she had online orders to complete. I waited for a good 15 minutes for her to finish making these orders. When she finally came to help me. Every sandwich I asked for, she didn't have what she needed to make it. She didn't have tuna. She didn't have the Italian meats. That would've been nice to know prior to waiting the entire time.

I walk in and say hello to the lady making sandwiches. She barely lifts her head to acknowledge me. No one was in line. It looked like she was making a online order. The receipt looked pretty long. So I waited. And waited. Another customer walks in and waited behind me. Still no response from the employee. The other customer got fed up and left. I waited a few more minutes. Then I left. If the employee would have at least acknowledged me or said I'll be right with you, give me a few. It would have been a better experience. I just felt ignored. Horrible customer service.
